Definitely some good times to be had. Good level of depth to the gameplay and progression. Smashing piles of enemies all at once with big hammer or shotgun blast never gets old. I've joined up with many randoms that were actually pretty good so far (and some that were horrible, too). A good player protects their team, everything else is lower priority for the most part - this is great. Needs: 3rd person perspective. Melee fighting is just plain better in 3rd person. This is by far the biggest complaint I have with the game. Of course, to go with this, the attack animations would need to be beefed up a bit. The loot system is great. If it were any easier to get good loot then the good stuff would just be the norm and the whole system would be pointless. I've hit some crashes during runs, which is a horrible experience. You lose all of the progress made and if you were the host, it is bad for everyone. I'd really like to see some improvements in the way it handles crashes and disconnects - primarily, it should be possible to rejoin if you can get back online in a minute or two. Really hoping for more content and different map types. So far it is a great start.
