Great show! Alan Ritchson is just perfect as Reacher and shows how the character should be portrayed. Some good performances from the whole cast and the show is action packed. Really enjoying the series so far.
Loved the first season but season 2 is excruciatingly painful. What was quirky and fun in the first season is now turned boring and weird in this new season. There are way too many drawn out scenes where nothing happens and lots of extremely unlikable characters. I am trying to force my way through it but it is not easy
This show has some of the worst writing of any series I have ever watched - it is a hot mess. Worst of all it is dull and boring. I am forcing myself to try and get through it for some kind of payoff at the end but omg it is a hard slog.
Very entertaining show. Reminds me a little of Banshee which was also awesome. Great to see Stallone do something a little different but also lots of other cool cast involved.
What a load of stereotypical racist woke crap. When will producers wake up and realise nobody wants this horrible content. Stop destroying loved franchises form the past and make something new ffs. Not like there isn't a plethora of books to draw from. Just lazy and pathetic to keep dredging up old shows and destroy them..
I quite enjoyed this show. It has a great cast, an interesting premise and some really funny scenes. I think it could do a better job showing the parallels between the Dad & Daughter's relationship and their history and the show they are producing as that was sometimes clunky. Really enjoyed the scenes with the new and old writers discussing jokes and their lives. I like that it connects the younger woke writers and the older boomer ones and they can often find common ground and some mutual respect.
This show is pretty great. Some fantastic actors involved voicing the characters. It is definitely the most hardcore DC animation I have seen. What I like most is it is just fun. Anything involving Bane is hilarious and Harley is just off the charts.
Please don't waste your time with this show. I was expecting a new and interesting Star Trek series but instead it is a spin off that godawful Discovery series that was everything wrong with tv and Star Trek. I don't care that it celebrates diversity but to have it shoved down your throat in this manner is unforgivable. Also to start a new series that relies so much on events in Discovery is stupid as it requires people to have seen the other show. I got halfway through the first episode before turning it off in disgust.
This show is utter trash and Cena doesn't deserve to get his own show. It is just vulgarity and pointless boring dialogue trying to be 'edgy'. What a load of garbage.
Good adaptation of the book. The main lead is believable as Reacher and does a decent job. Makes a huge difference to the terrible movies that portrayed/miscast Reacher so badly.
I went in open minded but was very disappointed. It just isn't funny and trying to be vulgar or gross just doesn't cut it. The dialog is almost as boring as the characters. Why make a show about Peacemaker, the worst character from TSS? I tried to like this show but it just plain ****.
I didn't love all the episodes but the zombies one and the final 2 were some of the best content Marvel has produced to date. Also has the most powerful characters I have ever seen in the Marvel universe which was really cool.
This was an interesting show. While I liked some of the story lines, most of them went nowhere and didn't make much sense. The concierge was great and was the highlight of the show. Saying that, there were some truly horrible people in this show but the one I just hated was Jennifer Coolidge. I find her presence to be very offputting as she is remarkedly unattractive. Every time she appeared on screen it was like a horror movie jump scare. (I don't understand why she keeps getting cast in movies). This show left a lot of loose ends which was frustrating as well. E.g. One of the hotel staff has a baby in episode 1 which she tries to keep secret. Never see or hear from her again after that even though it was one of the main themes from the episode.
This show has reignited my love for Star Wars after the last 2 disastrous trilogies. It is just plain awesome. Anyone who doesn't love this show is not a true Star Wars fan.
Loved it. Season 1 is just plain awesome with some great throwbacks to the original movies. The nostalgia is just so good and adds a lot of depth to the movies in terms of character development. It is cheesy as hell but I couldn't stop wanting more. Season 2 was also pretty good.
This show is simply awesome. Keeps it simple but epic with great throwbacks to the original trilogy. Also has one of the best strong female characters I have seen in a long time. It delivered on all fronts and has some really fun cameos. After the appalling last movie trilogy, this show is a shining light to keep the Star Wars magic alive. Save us Jon Favreau, you are Star Wars only hope in the face of the evil Empire known as Disney.
This show is just plain awesome. After the travesty of the last couple of movies and no doubt the next one, this show is the only thing keeping the star wars universe alive for me. Would like some more depth and backstory to the characters and show but hoping that will come soon. I think I speak for everyone when I say they had better include the darksaber at some point in this series!
Great series so far! Really enjpyed the first 2 episodes. The animation seems to have improved from previous seasons and the amount of Rick's burping has been reduced.
People giving this positive reviews must have very low standards for tv shows. I found this show painful to watch. The main character is extremely unlikeable and seems to be made of glass considering how easily she dies over and over. The show just doesn't go anywhere and is boring. Couldn't make it through the first season.
This show is great - childish, immature, very wrong but hilarious. Love the characters and nice to see 'The ****' in another role. Dennis Feinstein is also great as the crazy cousin. (If you haven't seen Parks and Recreation - get into it!)
Seasons 1 and 2 were good. Season 3 is just plain boring. No focus at all on Mike's memory or whether he will get caught out. They should have given up after season 2.
Why is there such a disconnect on this site between professional 'critics' and real people? If these people are getting paid for their 'expert' opinions, then why is it not refrlective of the wider audience? Sounds like they need a good shake up of their industry because the so called experts are anything but.
When I first saw this show I liked it but didn't think it had longevity. After watching the 5th episode last night, it just keeps getting funnier and I am now really starting to like it. I don't particularly like Christian Slater's character Oz very much, nor the main character but all the supporting roles are great. Would also like to see a bit more character development and wish the episodes were a bit longer.
This show is just great fun. The characters are funny and likeable and really make the show what it is. I hated the US version of The Office, but this is nothing like it at all. Its great to see such a quirky and original show coming out of America, where the endless pathetic doctor/lawyer/cop shows just keep getting peddled to the mindless masses.
Simply stunning for a tv series. The costumes and scenery are spot on and really give the sense of gritty reality that permeates the show. While not exactly like the book, it is very close and it is obvious George the pirate (George Arr Arr Martin) has had a guiding hand in the production. It is great to live in a time where fantasy can finally be brought to the screen in all its glory. I pity the small minded individuals without any imagination that think the fantasy genre is just for kids. This series is going to be truly magnificent and we can only hope they will continue production with the second book once this is completed (which might actually make him finish writing the series finally)
