200 hours in, still not completed the game. It's a sick game. Still getting updates and a big dlc out soon, full of new game mechanics, not just the usual new area, same gameplay like most game dlcs.

Brilliant fun. If you love Japanese hack n slash games like devil may cry series or even the Nier series, you'll really enjoy this. Graphics are brilliant and it runs like a dream. The game is very long too. Took me 20 hours on my first playthrough. And I couldn't wait to start over again.

One of my favourite games this year. Brilliant game. They really nailed Pandora. Exploring the world is incredible. Parkouring around is so much fun. Much better than they're last far cry game too.

The tutorial part (lvl 1-60) is fine. But then the endgame is about who can spend the most cash. Throughout the game it keeps shoving store offers in your face too which is depressing. Sad to see that many professional gaming sites defend these large companies all to keep their contacts with them. They want to make sure in the future they get those blizzard interviews, early access games, scoops e.t.c. Out of all the major entertainment businesses. The gaming industry has to be the greediest most sleeziest. I never have to buy microtransactions for a hollywood blockbuster, or a music album e.t.c. Very sad to see this happening. There is no pushback whatsoever from major professional gaming sites. No proper journalism that puts pressure on these large companies. Just a bunch of journalists that keep **** on the major publishers toes.

They wait a few weeks til all reviews are out and then stiff the players that are still playing their game by ruining the economy. The entire game is one huge grind now with pathetic rewards after each race. It is now a free-to-play system with a full AAA price-tag attached.

Simply put, the game is phenomenal. The user reviews is nonsense from a whiny bunch of man children. Always need something to be outraged by. Turns out that the character most are complaining about (Abby), is actually a pretty incredible well written character. As is most of the cast.

Seems like a good game. Though the performance problems hold it right back. And make it unplayable. I legit feel ripped off from this games company. Graphics looked nice enough, on the pc version that is. This version the resolution and the textures look disgusting. It reminds me of the ps1 days. Npc's, foliage and structures dont even load in til you are right on top of them. This port makes Ark survival evolved's switch port look good. I have had rocks/boulders spawn on top of me twice leaving me stuck inside them, with loading an old save becoming my only option. Loading takes between 2 and a half to 3 minutes waiting. Yep, that's no joke. Every time you die you must sit in a 2 and a half minute loading screen before you can get back to this horrible looking mess. Framerate is very poor as well. In villages it completely tanks. Hitching happens during every fight as well. Sometimes during fights the enemy will literally vanish. Yea.... Also the shadows in this game are about the absolute worst implementation of shadows I have ever seen. Just, black blocks. I'd love to know how it went so horribly wrong. Is it because it was rushed? Game engine? Lack of skills? Anyway easily the worst performing and worst looking game i've played in recent memory. I feel massively let down. Should be ashamed to ship a product in such a del boy state. Should be embarrassed knowing others in their line of work will see this. I'm not a game developer, but in my line of work, I make sure the job I do is done to the highest standard I possibly can. Maybe these people should do the same before charging money.

Blown away so far. Honestly didn't expect much, but i've been hugely surprised. Even the hysterically ludicrous dialog is still there. Is some of the funny cringe-worthy lines done on purpose? Who knows, and who cares! I'm just glad they're all there. I'll be playing through this a few times over xmas for sure. Cheers Yu Suzuke!

One of my favourite gameplay experiences ever. It is unlike anything i've played before. It is however probably closer to euro truck simulator 2 than say metal gear solid. And i'm glad. Yes you are delivering from A to B. But the journeys in between go from zen-like to action with human enemies to stranger things kinda horror with the BT's then back to relaxing journey all in one mission. It's very unique. Great sci fi story, settings, graphics are the best i've seen, gameplay loop gets you hooked. Just dont buy if you are expecting, yet another by-the-numbers corporate AAA title. It's not that genre. Anyone that enjoyed no mans sky though for example, will love death stranding.

I've never been more confused as to why there is a lot of bad to average reviews for this. Alien isolation and dying light reviews left me confused. But nothing to this extent. The game is a cross between Sons of anarchy and the walking dead. Characters are well made. Believable in this apocalypse. The world is massive and is beautiful to look at. Combat is fun. Zombie hordes are incredible. The rush of looking over your shoulder to see hundreds of them piling over one another after you is terrifying and exhilarating. I love this game a lot and I wasn't expecting it to be this good.

Been a massive cod fan since the original cod. Played them all and have felt the worst ones were the more recent entries. But Bops4 changed everything. Campaign has finally been stripped away. Cods campaigns have been soulless for years now. Tacked on 6 hour story mode with bad a.i. This seems to be the problem with all the negative reviews. Don't mind them. There are 3 modes. Blackout being the most hyped, lives up to all expectations and more. Fast fluid cod gameplay. Sublime movement. Lots of gadgets and toys to play with. And land, sea and air vehicles to mess around on. This is the pinnacle of BR gaming imo. Zombies is back! As in the real **** in Treyarch Zombies. Nobody does it better. This year we have 3 big beautiful maps to explore. And they are all brimming with fun weapons, toys, secrets, missions, glorious visuals, seriously it's stunning. New modes are available too. Multiplayer, for me, is the best cod i've played since bops1. Which was my favourite cod ever. This is incredible. 9 new maps. I'd say honestly after 20 hours of play in this mode, 7 of them are amazing pure fun. Most importantly the map layouts are masterfully crafted. The other 2 maps aren't even bad. They are good. But the others are almost perfect. To make up the numbers 4 classics return including slums and jungle. These maps are as good as they've ever been. Nuketown surely on the way shortly as well. This year cod has a bigger emphasis on class ability use. Almost becoming a 'very lite' hero shooter. And it's a very welcome change. Healing in fights is now essential and adds a new layer to gameplay. There is a couple new modes added this year. One of which turns the game into a counter-strike type of game. Players start with a pistol and some money and must buy weapons, gadgets and abilities as rounds move on. This has become an addiction for me today. I have been blown away by the quality in this years cod. All the modes are outstanding. There's no better word to describe it. The best cod has ever been? For me personally, yeah.
