The DioField Chronicle10
Jan 13, 2026
DioField Chronicle is a game I wanted to like, and it ended up earning that. I play strategy games because I like thinking htrough systems and getting pulled into a heavy story, and DioField hits that space well.
The combat feels good once you stop treating it like an action RPG and start treating it like what it is: positioning, timing, and NOT screwing up. Every mistake is on you, which I respect.
The plot is the real reason I stuck with it. It's thick, political and does not hold your hand. People make bad calls, power shifts quietly and the tone stays serious the whole way through. It just tells the storyand expects YOU to keep up.
The core is solid, and it feels like a game made for players who enjoy slowing down and paying attention.

This is a visual novel with very minimal gaming "experience". A cliche story, but can be chill to play. It's also very short, and superficial. The time skips are crazy though.
3/10, won't redeem, sir.

Bravely Default II5

All the QoL features which were removed from previous games in the series, like the in-dungeon maps, the lack of a quests log, a real auto-battle, etc. is an unforgivable oversight and makes it an unpolished game unfortunately.

Fae Farm3

The game had me excited, but let's be real – it's got some issues.
Multiplayer? A mess. Disconnect, and poof! Progress gone without a warning. Visiting other players? Every time feels like the first time, thanks to that annoying red mark in your Almanac.
Finish a quest? Get ready for lag. My character loves hugging decor, gets stuck way too often. Potions are just there, good for nothing.
Time in FaeFarm? Blink, and it's gone. Fishing, even with "Simple Fishing," is a headache.
It's cozy, sure, but these glitches! It's like a beautiful painting with a few too many smudges. Finish what you started, and maybe we can all enjoy it. Until then, it's a rough ride.

A great game, who got a very poor remaster. Such a shame SQEX decided to give this game the FF8 "remaster" treatment. The framerate drops are appalling. Even the PSX version emulated on my PS3 runs smoother. I give it a 5.

I'm disappointed. Barely any improvement from the two previous atrocities. The map is a barren wasteland. The game is infested with bugs. I'm done with this series. I just realised I've been playing this out of sheer nostalgia. I'd rather spend my money playing games where devs respect their fanbase.

Children of Morta3

Fun game, great graphics but with a lot of bugs. Sound effects that get stuck. Random noises during loading screens. Friendly AI that keep attacking the walls when there are no enemies around, etc. I had to give it 3/10 because I'm so pissed off it crashed on me right after a one hour dungeon run after a boss fight. The save game was obviously lost. If your game is unstable, please allow the player to save state or save the game on demand. The autosave on this game is crap.

What a disappointment the story was. I'll give it a 3 for the great graphics, everything else is rubbish. Wish I could get my money back.

This interactive movie is not a game by any means It's dull and boring. The acting is meh. I'd rather just watch a 1 hour long movie then spend time clicking on 30 seconds clips trying to figure out what's this about. The database search that shows only the 5 first entries defies its own purpose.

Excellent game. Plays very similarly to the PC version, runs at 30FPS, very few FPS drops which are -for me at least- not very noticeable or bothering for a switch-port. About the game itself, great fantasy setting, awesome soundtrack and the battle system is fun.

It is very poetic. The music is okay. It's some kind of "story-driven" visual art I guess? But the story itself isn't that interesting. This hardly qualifies as a game.

muh stronk women: the game. such a disappointment. I played through all of the uncharted games and i'm sick of the SJW **** Where is Drake? On a different note, the gameplay is repetitive. Chloé can be likeable, Nadine on the other hand... The story is all right. It's a DLC, definitely not worth the full price. But a game one can play and enjoy.. to some extent!

Snack World: The Dungeon Crawl Gold8
Feb 25, 2020
After spending hours on Fantasy Life I had high hopes of this Switch port as Level-5 are known for their GOD Tier RPGs. The game is decent but there are a lot of underlying problems that make it less than perfect and probably Level-5's worst: - The camera is really bad combined with the dungeon's design it makes it extremely obnoxious to explore. - Snacks are pretty much useless since they don't level up and are basically dumb AI that cost you treasure chests (eg. make you use potions, die because they are dumb as f***, etc.) Overall the game is nice, but could have been better. Undeserving of the price tag of $50 I guess. Will recommend to get it on sale.

Pokemon Sword2
Nov 16, 2019
The game is a disappointment considering how eager I was to play it, and pre-ordered both versions. I don't believe it is worth its price because of its poor quality and poor content. I finished the game in ~18 hours including the almost non-existent PostGame. Basically, fewer Pokémon, fewer Moves, no Z-Moves, no MegaEvolutions, GTS is gone, Exp. Share always on, you have to get Earbuds from NPC to be able to change volume settings, Trees have N26 textures, Pokémon animations are really bad and they look lifeless in the wild like zombies.. Also, important to mention that the game also crashed and deleted every single downloaded content I had on my SD Card. I'm not sure about the save data since mine are uploaded to the cloud. So be careful! Honestly I can't find anything good to say about the game. So it's 2 for effort!

Fire Emblem: Three Houses9
Nov 16, 2019
Excellent game! I've been an ardent FE fan since a long time. This installment is a bit slow at the beginning and takes a bit of time for the story to "start", so one needs to be patient. Played already over 70 hours and still enjoying it!

Pokemon Shield2
Nov 15, 2019
I was very eager to see Pokémon on a home console after decades of handheld version. I even rushed through all previous Gen just anticipating this one, but .. Simply put, I'm disappointed. There was so much potential for a great game but it turned out into a game with rehashed and up-scaled 3DS graphics, very poor animation, very bland environment and extremely short playtime (finished the game in 18 hours..) saying 40~50 hours is really stretching it. I didn't even mind the cut in the Pokédex eventhough my favourites didn't make it out to Galar region, but I was at least hoping there will be more post-game content than a 1~2 hours mini-story. I don't believe this game deserves the high metascore, nor its price.

My Time At Portia1
Aug 16, 2019
I love Portia. I've played a crazy amount of Portia on PC and was extremely excited for the Nintendo Switch port. Which sadly turned out to be a real disappointment. At launch, the game had a loading screen exceeding 5 minutes, which was reduced later to 2~3 minutes and is still with no improvement whatsoever. Everything is laggy. Expect crashes, save games evaporating, and glitches everywhere. This is a very poor port, I recommend to stick to the PC version and avoid the consoles especially the Switch's.
