Dark Void Zero10
Oct 9, 2011
If this Game was released like it would've been 20 years ago, then it would probably be competing with the Metroid Franchise. This game is an excellent 8-bit marvel.

Xotic10
Oct 9, 2011
Xotic is one of the strangest FPS-Arcade games I've ever played. While the player is not using an actual arsenal of modern-age or futuristic weaponry, the Macroterra Symbiont is still a cool weapon from an indie title. Another thing that is cool about this game is the graphics, it uses beautiful lighting and mapping, and it feels almost like it was made like a perfect mix between 9 and Star Wars.

Uplink: Hacker Elite10
Aug 8, 2011
Introversion Software's games are not to be underestimated, Uplink is a good example. This game can be replayable with different missions, tools, and locations each time you start a new game. Try this game out, you won't regret it.

Darkspore9
Aug 6, 2011
This game has a lot of customization when it comes to heroes, however the problem is that critics tend to think that this game is pretty much like Spore. Don't let the name fool you, this game can be exciting when it comes to fighting enemies in singleplayer or multiplayer.

Chantelise: A Tale of Two Sisters10
Aug 4, 2011
There are very few anime-themed indie game out on the net. This is one of them and it happens to be a very good game. This one also seems much more easier then Recettear, and while it reuses content from it, the game is still good for anyone who is new to RPG games.

Sol Survivor10

This is the first tower defense I've ever played and unlike Defense Grid: The Awakening, it is quite flexible and has much more of a variety of orbital support and turrets that can be used in the game.

Portal 210

One of the best games I've ever played, I haven't tried the Co-Op mode yet but the single-player storyline is full of surprises and other things I've never expected before. This game is totally worth buying.

Jet Force Gemini10

My brother let me borrow this game and I loved it! This game has as much potential as Zelda: Ocarina Of Time and Goldeneye did in that period. I'm also surprised there isn't a sequel to it yet.

Half-Life: Opposing Force10
Jan 24, 2011
With multiple new weapons, enemies, allies, and features, Half-Life Opposing Force is a great expansion to one of the greatest games of the 1990s and beyond.

I would love to have this game, I've seen it played being played before and I think it is worth the 10$ on Steam for any strategy game lover. I recommend this game 100 Percent.

Call of Duty: Black Ops0

This is another stereotypical US/UK vs terrorist threat game, Counter-Strike would beat this game due to better game-play and variety then this piece of crap.

Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty10

It was totally worth waiting the ten years of development, I believe this game to be one of the best strategy games to ever be produced by Blizzard Entertainment.

Multiwinia: Survival of the Flattest10

Like its Single-Player brother game Darwinia, it proves that story and game-play matters not graphics. Not only that, but this game has new units and features that aren't in Darwinia.

An awesome game, not only is the setting beautiful and the story wonderful, but it also proves that you don't need high quality graphics to make a good game.
