I first bought this Game back in 2013 and after dying a couple of times I didnt touch it for a while. However after playing it with a friend I discovered what a gem it really is. Terraria is a 2D Adventure, Survival, Crafting Game that is just perfect in every way. It also is very optimised and recieved lots of updates making building (Thank you for the smart Cursor) & moving around the world (Thank you for the different mounts) alot easier. Terraria is so Cheap but you can spend so much time on it. It basically is never ending fun and now with the achievements it will be easy ish to get 100%. The only grinding bit will be the fishing quests you'll need to do. There is honestly so much to do and it is an absolut gem. You just have to try it out yourself and if you dont want to spend 10€ (which is already really cheap for this kind of game) then you can always wait for a sale and grab it there! Now this Game might not have the best "graphics" but it is lovely the way it is and it shouldn't be in any other way. I highly recommend this Game to any Minecraft, Metroidvania & 100% Achievement Fan. But even if you are not one of those, the Chances that you will dislike this Game are very low! So just give it a shot!
I originally pre-ordered the Game and have been playing since Beta. I am sad to give this Game such a Low Score as I had my hopes up high for this FPS. Blizzard is generally a company with excellent Games and outstanding quality, however Overwatch is no such thing. Originally Overwatch was a first person MOBA Game that required team play and team communication to win. With different Heroes being good at different Things in their own Way. This used to be its Soul, which sadly has been completely destroyed. Quick Play is now just a mode for you to try out heroes and get lucky. Arcade surprisingly is where people actually try and win, because each third win will get you a lootbox, for up to 3 Lootboxes. Competitive Mode is completely destroyed, thanks to smurfs and Boosters. You can go and google "overwatch boosting" and find millions of people that boost you up to any rank you want via their smurf accounts. This is especially frustrating when you try and want to get better in the game by ranking up. To explain this a little bit better this is the current state: Grandmasters & Master cant connect to anybody that isnt within 500SR Range, however if they make a new account they can play with anybody they want and stomp any SR below them. This Game does not require team play anymore, thanks to heroes being nerfed to either being unplayable or buffed to do the max dps possible (yes even the medics). Whats the point in taking Widowmaker a defense hero on defense? If Ana the medic sniper can do more Damage. The Game is not only incredibly unbalanced it is also rather unfair, especially when it comes to matchmaking. As long as smurfes arent banned from the Game the Competitive Mode will never work correctly. It seems Overwatchs Priority lays on one thing and one thing only, Lootboxes & Money. As they showed recently by adding a new currency you can only get by paying real money. Microstransactions in a 60€ Game is absolutely disgusting. So is Overwatch recommandable? Not at all, Overwatch has lost its Soul and its Charm. The Developer Team has been arguing within development and it shows its lack of love towards the game. Heroes have been completely rehauled making the game even more unbalanced then it was before. If it doesnt speak in Dollar Signs Overwatch does not care what you have to say. When they say they listen to the community, they mean we listen to the 1 percent of streamers and League players. When Mercy first got her complete revamp there was a 200+ page thread of people being against it, but nothing. The Team of Overwatch has completely gone off track and using it just to get money. Do not buy the game and dont support such greed!
First of all If you havent played any Dark Parables Games I recommend you to go back and play the first one as those games are meant to be played in Order. Dark Parables: The Little Mermaid and the Purple Tide Collector's Edition comes with the Main Story which is around 3 and a half hours long and a Bonus Chapter which gives you another half to an hour. It also comes with Extras, such as Wallpapers, Music, Mini Games, Ingame Movies and Concept Art. The Voice Acting in this Game was once again rather nicely made and the Art Style was absolutely beautiful. I believe the Colours in this title, compared to the previous ones, have been even more vibrant. Once again you could not change the Resolution which was no problem whatsoever as it was by default widescreen and unlike in previous Dark Parables it was proper widescreen and not just a stretched image. Although you are not able to get Steam Achievements, this game does indeed come with some Trading Cards. One of my favourite Parts of the Dark Parables games are, how you can collect during the Game pieces which will, once all of them are collected, give you a little background Story, which to my disappointment did not get read to you by a guy but you rather had to read yourself. Regardless of this little let down I have noticed that you can click on the missing parables parts to find them and read the full background stories yourself, even after the game has been finished. I do not believe I have noticed this function before and is a newly introduced feature with this title! For the first time in the Dark Parables Series you can fast Travel. Personally I have it didnt bother me to much that you couldn't Fast Travel in the previous Games but I saw alot of people listening it as negative Point and I must admit after playing a Dark Parables Title with the Fast Travel Option, I dont want to be without it again! I also have seen for the first time in the Dark Parables Series ingame Achievements. Personally I did not really like them, as I am playing those Games for their Story Parts and the achievemnts, once you have unlocked them, wont go away unless you click the achievements tab. The Hidden Object Scenes were compared to the previous games rather easy, especially due to the higher resolution and the proper widescreen. Most of the Puzzles were also rather easy to finish and I had alot of fun doing them, however I found some of them challenging as well. In the previous Game you were able to get 3 Different Endings depending on which item you choose at the end, sadly this Game does not have such a function, which I would have loved to see. One of the Mermaids looks alot like Ariel, a Childhood favourite of mine, which made me even more excited to play this game and got me hooked immediatly into the story. All in all this Game is Fantastic! Although it has some features of the previous one Missing, at the same time it does have some new ones added to it and honestly the story and the Art Style is just lovely. I recommend this Game to any HO Fan and to anybody that loves a good Story.
First of all If you havent played any Dark Parables Games I recommend you to go back and play the first one as those games are meant to be played in Order. Dark Parables: Ballad of Rapunzel Collector's Edition comes with the Main Story which is around 3 and a half hours long and a Bonus Chapter which gives you another half to an hour. Once again you cannot change the Resolution itself and the steam overlay is still changing the hue a little bit which is why I just left it completely off. There is however a widescreen Button, but all it seems to do is stretch the picture. One of my favourite Parts of the Dark Parables games are, how you can collect during the Game pieces which will, once all of them are collected, give you a little background Story, which is read to you by a guy with a rather soothing and clam voice. You can also turn the Voice off and just read it by yourself, but you dont have to. The Hidden Object Scenes were rather challenging but not impossible! The Puzzles were in comparison less challenging but alot of fun to solve! For the first time in Dark Parables History you can actually have 3 different Endings. Depending on which item you are going to choose at the end, you will get a different ending. Which I am honestly excited about because that gives the Game a replay value! The Story itself was gorgeous and I fell immediatly in love with it, reminding me not only on the Child Stories I so loved, but also on how much I love this HO Series. All in all this Game is absolut Fantastic and although it has its bugs, I still love it! Especially because now you can replay it and get 3 different Endings! I recommend this Game to any HO Fan and to anybody that loves a good Story.
Before we Start the Review let me say that you don't have to play the first one as both of the stories are not related somehow and the main character seems to be different as well. Grim Legends 2: Song of the Dark Swan is an amazing Point & Click / HO Game made by inhouse Artifex Mundi, the Artwork is great and the atmosphere amazing as always! However in this Title some of the Voice Actors where actually a bit awful to listen to. This Game also comes with the Collectors Edition although it does not say so on Steam. The Puzzles were mostly okay, challenging but not impossible. A few of the Puzzles however were absolutley stupidly difficult and I could not get passed them. But if you are good in Math you might find this hurd rather less annoying. Although I had my difficutlies with this Game I still love its Story and its vibrant colourful Art Style. I do recommend this game to people that are good in math or like mathmatic Puzzles. I also recommend this people to Achievement Hunters and to people that like HO / Point & Click Games.
Since this Game has 3 Sections, my review also will be divided by 3. Singleplayer: The Singleplayer Campaign was in my experience a nice addition to the second Modern Warfare and I did enjoy it alot. It took me 10 Hours to complete it on Normal Mode, which is about the Average amount of time for a Triple A Singleplayer Game. Co-op: I'm not quite sure if Modern Warfare 2 had a Co-op Mode but this one is alot of fun that means, if its working. You can play Survival with a friend together, defending waves of enemies coming in & with each Wave survived you become a more powerful weapon, however the enemies will also be more powerful. Whilst this Mode is alot of fun it also is very broken as it comes out of sinc within the first 5 Minutes making this Mode almost unplayable. Multiplayer: As I Already said, this was one of my first Call of Dutys to get into the Series and also the Reason to get a Steam Account. Before I bought Modern Warfare 2 (2 Weeks before this MW3 got released) I had not heard of Steam before. The Multiplayer was at the time for me alot of fun especially with friends, I have spent over 1000 hours of Multiplayer Game time together and did enjoy my time. However for nowerdays standards the Multiplayer is not good anymore for the following Reasons: -No Dedicated Servers -No FOV Slider -No Anti Cheat (yes VAC is enabled but I dont think anybody gets banned anymore) -Mainly Hackers online -Hacked Lobbies (they can't get you banned) I surley did get my money out of the Game but I still do not recommend it as of nowerdays standards. I only recommend this Game for people that want to play the Singleplayer Campaign and see what happens after Modern Warfare 2. But do yourself a favour and buy it from a Keywebsite for 4€ Because even on Sale this Game is to expensive for what it gives you. If you are looking for a good Call of Duty on PC I do recommend you to get Black Ops 2 as it was the last good Call of Duty that still is to this day banning cheaters and having dedicated servers + a build in fov slider.
Grim Legends: The Forsaken Bride is one of the best HO / Point & Click Games that Artifex Mundi has to offer. The Puzzles are not to hard and not to easy just the right difficulty. The Story is beautiful and the Voice Acting is alot better then on older games. The Atmosphere is just right and the Sound makes you feel like you are really in a mystic place on an adventure. After coming over from the Midnight Mystery Series to Grim Legends you will see just how good Artifex Mundi is when it comes to these Sort of Games. As most Artifex Mundi Games the Colour is absolutley amazing and vibrant as anything! The Art was also just as amazing and beautiful. All in all I really enjoyed this Game, its vibrant colours and its beautiful Story Line! I do recommend this Game to any HO / Point & Click Game Fan and of course for those that like to get 100% Achievements.
Now besides the fact that this Game crashed at least once on every episode I am still going to recommend this Game. Telltale Games are known for making good choice wise Games and this is no less then one of them. I was struggeling on whether to buy this Game or not. Since I am a big Fan of The Walking Dead Season 1 & 2. I was aware that this Game has nothing to do with the other 2 Games which is why I didn't know whether I like it or not. Although this Game has nothing to do with the main Walking Dead Games from telltale, it is just as amazingly made. I am not sure whether this Game is related or not to the Walking Dead Series on TV as I am not watching it. Michonne is the main Character of this Game and a Strong one at it, mentally but also body wise. This Character shows that everybody even the strongest people can come with package. I personally really enjoyed the Game as it had a deeper meaning behind it then other Games. I can recommend this Game to any Achievement Hunter, anybody that loves making their own choices in Video Games and of course any Telltale Game Fan.
Now before we start what does the Game come with? It comes with the Singleplayer Campaign & Croft Manor. Once the Singleplayer is finished you can unlock Cheates to just mess around the Game. (Remember its not really cheating if its given to you by the developers). You can explore Croft Manor at any Time you want, so if you want to take a break of the Story and just solve puzzles that are a bit less challenging you can pay Croft Manor a visit. First of all compared to the Playstation 2 Version this Game has alot of buggs where Lara just completly glitches out and gets stuck on. However its not Game breaking and usually is fixable by just reloading your latest Checkpoint. But it also looks alot better then it did back on the PS2. Now I haven't played any of the Original Tomb Raider Games back from the 90's. Since I grew up starting with this Tomb Raider Trioligy ( The Trioligy includes Anniversary, Underworld & Legend). Which is why I can't compare it to those Games. However if you are new-ish to the Tomb Raider Series this one is a great one to get in. It is a 'classic' Tomb Raider Game with mainly raiding Tombs and Action secondly. There is some shooting in here as well and I do admit the Auto Aim did annoy me a couple of times but it is after all secondly and not the main focus, which is why you don't need to worry about it. Now let me just drop in here quickly that I do believe that you should play the newest 2 Tomb Raiders ( from 2013 & 2015 ) first to fully understand the story. Although I thought they have not been connected it seems they sort of are. Maybe not graphic wise, as the newest 2 Tomb Raider Games of course are waay more advanced when it comes to the graphics, but story wise they are, even if just a little bit. I don't think I would off understand as well as I did, if I would off finished this before playing the other 2. To the actual Gameplay: Besides being sometimes buggy and the Aim Assist not pointing to where I want it. The Controls are very nice and easy to Master. Since this Game is mainly about Tomb Raiding more then Shooting, you are in for a blast if you love solving puzzles. The Puzzles in Tomb Raider are very clever and are challenging. A 12 year old (especially new age gamer) might will have some trouble but if they stay on it I am sure they can solve it! (Or they just look at a guide). I personally found the Puzzles a bit to hard when I was younger. Now almost 9 Years later they are still challenging but once again they are very clever made and if you keep on it, you will figure it out (Not impossible!). All in all the Tomb Raider Series has one of the best Stories to this Day and I am glad to see all of them existing on PC. I am also very Happy that these old-ish once are sort of connected to the Revamped once that just came out a couple of years ago. It really gives you this connected feeling. I do recommend Tomb Raider to any Puzzle & Adventure Fan. Otherwise I also do recommend it to anybody that is in for a great Story, as I honestly think it is one of the best ones here on Steam & Gaming History. I also do Recommend Tomb Raider Anniversary for its full price as the Campaign on Normal Mode will take you up to 10 Hours + 1-2 Hours of Croft Manor.
Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration comes with the Season Pass and includes all DLC's avaible. After 11 Hours in total I completed the "Main Campaign" and I must say that I absolutley loved this Game and its Story. First of all you are required to play the first rebooted Tomb Raider before you play this one. Otherwise you wont get the Full Story. Secondly this Game was more exploring then shooting which is probably why they lowered the Age requirement. After the First 11 Hours: The Atmosphere was great, the Graphics were beautiful, the voice acting was amazing & the Combat was great. Lara is back and she got some new tricks. Did you like the Gear and weapons from the first game? Then you will love what Lara got new in stock in this one! Some are familiar and some are new but you learn it just as quickly as you did in the first game. Although this new Lara isn't like the old Lara she is still a loveable and powerful Character that you will start liking very quickly. More Emotions are shown and she looks more human thanks to an actual face model. Once you've completed the Game there is alot more to do, such as Challenge Tombs, Exploring, Co-op, Croft Manor, DLC & Multiplayer. Now I am not usually one that goes after finishing the Game, again in to complete everything however. Once you've completed the "Main Campaign" there is more Story waiting for you. So go ahead and "Continue" to see what awaits you. So Far this Game got me hooked up in playing and hours are passing by without me noticing how time flies. These Games are rare to come by and are such gems. So Far I can recommend this Game to any Tomb Raider & Uncharted Fan.
I didn't play this Game very long, main reason being that there is an auto save bug. It constantly is stuck in the Auto Save animation but it doesnt actually save. Which means its basically like playing a PS2 Game without a Memory Card. I know that this Game is great and it has an amazing Story (watched it as a Lets Play a long time ago) but it is really sad that this Game is broken on PC and not working at all. Thankfully I got this Game on Sale, sadly I wont be able to get a refund as it took me 3 years to even recover my uplay account. I don't recommend this Game as its broken with no fix from ubisofts side in sight. Stay away from it and buy Far Cry 4 that one does actually work on PC.
This Game is probably one of my favourite ones from Artifex Mundi / World Loom. I absolutley loved the Artwork of this Game and its colours! The Game itself is a hidden Object / Point & Click Game, with a great Story and good Voice Acting. Most of these Games have cheaper Voice Acting then others however this one was very well made and the Sound Quality was rather clear. The Puzzles itself were not to difficult and not to easy just about the right amount of difficulty. The Atmosphere was well made and I felt like I was myself there. It took me 3 hours to Complete this Game (not with 100% Achievments) and although it was so short it left me impressed. I can recommend this Game to any HO / Point & Click Fan and of course Achievement Hunters. I also recommend this Game to people that like a good story in the style of Alice Madness Returns.
I ordered the Original Game a while back and now got the Remastered one for free from the Developers thank you for that! Let me start off with I had no problems with this game as in crashing or anything like that, infact my game run very well on my pc. The only thing I saw as a Problem was that the Mouse was still as badly as it was in the original game. I figured Number 2 for the sensitvity is the best setting to get used to. Also I noticed that you can't turn the Bloom off but you will get once again used to that very quickly. Otherwise I am honestly very happy with this Game. It has an amazing Story with 3 different Endings, so it does make a difference on how you play the Game, which also gives the Game replayabiltiy. I finished the Main Story in 11.9 hours and it was a gorgeous game with lovely Characters and nice Voice Acting. Unlike the Original Game, the Remastered Version is uncut in Germany, which made to me a huge difference. I have played the cut version before and noticed after playing this game they have been cutting out alot of the Story. I am glad this Version however is uncut and I get to play the full BioShock experience. As I mentioned before the Mouse Controls took me a while to get used to but once I got used to it, I could enjoy one of the best Games made in Singleplayer History. I expect that this Game will get a few updates that will fix for other people the crashes. Which is why I do recommend this game to you, however if you would like to wait until most of the bugs are fixed (just incase you are one of the unlucky ones or got an older pc/laptop) then just get this game later on, when its on Sale. 20€ also does seem to me as a fair price since you can play the Games 3x over to get all the other Endings but its ofcourse never a Mistake to wait until it goes on Sale. May I also mention this game has a FOV Slider and Trading Cards, which is to me a huge plus.
Lego Batman The Videogame is a nice game for the younger audience but also for the older audience and of course every Batman Fan. Unlike Lego Harry Potter years 1-4 it does not crash up on start up and runs all in all perfect. The Main Story itself is 6 hours long. But if you are really looking into it there is actually alot more that you can do. Once you complete a level you will unlock 'Free Play' which means you can once again go back to the level and do all the things you missed the first time you played it to 100% complete the game. Now the game doesn't have steam achievements but it does have a ingame gallery where you can see everything that you collected. Although I myself would off liked steam achievements a bit more this game was mainly aimed towards kids which means they got all the time in the world to collect every little piece in the game. Unlike the newer Lego Games this one has hardly any voice acting in it, meaning the only time you hear a voice is when they make a noise. At first it bothered me when I got the game a couple of years back but now it just add's to that comedy factor they were aiming towards and I love it. For the fact that this game came out in 2008 it is a gorgeous game that runs without problems! I can recommend this game for every Batman Fan and every Lego Fan.
This Game is a nice Console Port brought to PC. It runs smooth and without any fps drops. The Graphics itself are very colourful, bright and cartoony. The Actual Story will take you 10 hours to go through and the story itself is rather rich and amazing. The Game itself takes place in the Monster High World which is a Webispode Show and popular mostly among the younger audience. The Controls are also very easy, especially with a controller. You will be able to costumize not only your clothes but your hair and with it your hair colour as well. Each haircut is provided with 2 differen colours. Via your iCoffin you will be able to buy even more clothes which lets you in the end create your own specific look. All in all I can recommend this game especially for kids, if you are older than the age of 14 and you are not into Barbie or Disney or anything similiar I do not recommend you to get this game as you might think it is boring. I also recommend this game for every achievement hunter as it is rather easy to get this a perfect game, also another + in my opinion is, this is the first game with actual achievements and trading cards. Due to the fact that this Game is 10 hours long (or longer if you want to get all the extras) I can recommend it for its original price of 20€ but of course it is never a mistake to get it for cheaper as well. This Game is by far one of the best Kid-games on Steam and I hope in the future there will be more such great games!
Now this game is a great game, even if it is old and because it has multiple modes I will make different sections for each one. Singleplayer: The Story in this game was very unique and catching. I enjoyed it alot more than any other story of any other Call of Duty. The Controls where easy and the voice acting was great! The only annoying thing was that the default fov is 65. But if you look around on the internet you will find a guide that helps you changing it into 90. The Most annoying thing by far was that for some reason it didn't read my save file proper and after restarting the game I had to restart also the story. But after all the problems have been fixed I could enjoy the singleplayer like no other. It was worth going through that as I really felt some of the characters growing to my heart! Zombiemode: The Zombiemode in this game is alot different from the second, it is harder and also in my opinion alot scarier than Number 2. If you happen to play on your own you can have 90 fov but as soon as you play online and/or with your friends it will stay on 65 fov. Which I find personally annoying. But it is still a good game mode to play in singleplayer mode. It is alot of fun. Multiplayer: Unlike other Call of Dutys this game has an actual Serverbrowser where you can search for a server of any kind to join. Most of them do not have any admins anymore but it is still alot of fun to play on them. In the Multiplayer mode you can change and keep your FOV from 65 up to 90. All in all this game is amazing, the graphics are still good looking and I had no problems running it on the highest setting. Although there is one thing I would like to mention. If you are german you will get the cut version because of **** and the Hackenkreuz. I do not know how much they cut out but I am pretty sure it must have been quiet a bit. I recommend you getting this game uncut from a key website. You will have the same fun as anybody else for a cheaper price! Which is one of my last points. This game has a great singleplayer, story and zombie mode. But for the fact on how old this game is and that hardly anybody still plays the multiplayer (compared to more newer cods anyways) I recommend to get this game on sale.
I love Vampires and have heard only good things about this Game. However the Game is broken/unplayble on PC / Steam. They added Trading Cards but didn't release a simple patch to fix the game. This Game in general is apparently a very good game and trying it out on PS2, I can see what people are talking about. Sadly the PC Port is very disappointing and hardly functions at all, it mostly is just crashing. Looking at the Steam Store Page no the game has been removed. I only wished they would have fixed the Game before removing support and the game itself from the store page.
This Game comes with 3 seperate shortcuts to start, Campaign aka Singleplayer, Multiplayer and Zombies, which is why I will focus on my review on each parts seperatly. Singleplayer/Campaign: The Singleplayer is a unique and upgraded experience which is adding to the Story of Black Ops 1. With amazing graphics gorgeous gameplay and lovely music. This Time there is something new to the CoD Campaign which I never seen before. In some parts of the game, the game gives you the choice. Which means everybody will experience something different but it makes it also replayable to see what you missed out and what would off happened if you would off choosed something else, a little bit like the Tell Tale Games. Another new thing which was new introduced into the Call of Duty Campaign Series was that before each Mission Starts you can choose your own class almost like you do it in Multiplayer, which makes the game more fun and leaves you more choices. Multiplayer: The Multiplayer is one of the best games that got released and is so far one of the last call of dutys that is still playable. The Settings have a native FOV Slider that goes up to 90 and also have Borderless Fullscreen Mode which is for me personally important with 2 screens. There is also a ping filter where you can decide to what kind of people you would like to connect for example would you rather play with 300 ping or with 30? Its up to you. Also this game is one of the only games that has dedicated servers. There are 5 standard classes already unlocked and with each prestige you can get another one (up to 10 classes). With each Prestige comes also a permanent unlock tocken, which means if you prestige and your favourite weapon is for example going to be unlocked at level 50, you can permanently unlock it right away. Everytime you prestige your guns stay the same level, keep their cammos and attachments unlike Moderen Warfare 3 where you lose everything. Which makes it easier to get gold cammos or diamond cammos. You can get diamond Cammo which is another first for the Call of Duty Series, if you want to get diamond guns you have to go through all the challenges for one class for example the smgs, once you got all gold, the diamond cammo will be unlocked. Those Challenges are alot of fun to do. So if you ever get bored of just brainlessly killing people or you like games where you can work towards something than you should try this out. Zombies: The Zombie Mode comes by default with 1 Map the Bus Depot you can buy more maps by purchasing the DLC or the Season Pass. The Zombie Mode itself is fair and has good graphics, sometimes it can be a bit glitchy but 99,9% of the time you won't find anything wrong with it. The Graphics are amazing and there is as well as in Number 1 always a hidden Song. You can complete the Bus Depot Map on your own or together with a friend (I recommend 2 people). The Story is really facinating and I hope it is going to continue in Number 3. But you do not have to play the Story on Zombies, you also can play turned, where you fight as a zombie against your friends and Survival where you are just in one spot and can see how many rounds you will make it until the zombies finally got you. Due to the fact that this is one of the only games that have dedicated servers and Developers that still banning people it is playable and can be still alot of fun. Another important thing I forgot to say is, that it is very well optimized and I had no problems running it whatsoever on max graphics. It also supports 120fps screens. Personally this is my favourite Call of Duty so far.
Now as we all know "Free to play" games are not really Free to play. Microtransactions for another life or another powerup are naturally a part of this game. The Gameplay used to be only controllable with the arrow keys and the spacebar which didn't really bother me at all. Now they've updated it and gave it mouse support and also added in some Trading Cards, which you can only aquire if you ever bought anything in the game or via Gems. The Game itself is a mobile port and is as such a pretty nice 3-match game with good graphics and a cute animation next to it. The only new thing there is to the PC Version of this game is the Local Multiplayer. No online Multiplayer only local and only on the same keyboard / PC. No Lan connection. I personally find that the game is alot of fun but at the same time I think the Microtransactions are rather annoying as it breaks the game. What I mean by that is that the game is on purpose unfair because it wants me to buy as many lifes or powerups as possible to be able to pass the levels. Although ones a day you can win a powerup by Chance. But we all know that the most expensive powerup will not be the one you click on. I do love Match-3 Games but I am not a fan of those kinda methods. Another annoying part is the achievements, as they seem rather easy to get. They are actually not. At least not without spending all your money on it. Which I find personally sad, I would rather work to get an achievement or even play for a long time but not buy them. If you are a fan of Match-3 Games and like to spend lots of money than I do recommend you to get this game. If you just want to have fun on a local PC to play together, than I also do recommend to get this game. I do not recommend this game to anybody who likes Match-3 Games and doesn't want to spend any money on the game, you will have a hard and annoying time. I also do not recommend this game to anybody that doesn't like Match-3 Games. Please Note that this Game is from Disney, Disney makes alot of money and I do not understand why they have to destroy such a beautiful game with their greed.
et me point out first that this Game is rather unique and I havent seen anything quite like this here on Steam. Glass Masquerade is a relaxed Puzzle Game with a beautiful vibrant Art Style and very calming atmospheric Music. Although it has different difficulties the Puzzles are never to hard and wont take longer them approximatlly 15 Minutes (per super hard puzzle). I personally am a big Fan of Jigsaw Puzzles like Pixel Puzzles however Pixel Puzzles just doesn't have the same atmosphere and gorgeousness of this Game. I was rather surprised how different those 2 were. The only thing I saw as negative is that there were far to less Puzzles and I would off liked to see more. Personally I really loved and enjoyed this Game every little bit and I wish that Onyx Lute would make another Game like this, although they are an Indie Studio. I also would love to see a Soundtrack available for purchase, as I wasnt able to find it anywhere on youtube. In general I would like to mention and recommend that you should try this Game out as it really is in my eyes very underrated and underplayed for how amazing it is.
First of all If you havent played any Dark Parables Games I recommend you to go back and play the first one as those games are meant to be played in Order. Dark Parables: Jack and the Sky Kingdom Collector's Edition comes with the Main Story, a Bonus Story and some other Bonus Content such as a little Artbook, Bonus Puzzle Levels, the Soundtrack & Wallpapers. The Voice Acting was once again very nicely made and the Art Style was absolutely beautiful! Just like the 5th game in the series you can also hear change the games resolution to widescreen or Classic. I personally chose classic as widescreen simply made it all stretched and horrible to look at. Once again you were able to collect different pieces throughout the Game which will, once everything is collected, unlock a Background Story that will be read to you or if you prefer to read it yourself you will be able to turn the Sound off and do as you please. The Hidden Object Scenes were rather well hidden and the Puzzles were challenging. I personally did like them alot and was surprised how well you can hide something in this game. The Story was absolutely lovely and reminded me a little bit on my Childhood just in a more Grimm way. Personally I prefer the Voice acting in this game over other HO / Point & Click games as to me it seemed so far the best. All in all this Game is fantastic.
This is the very first Otome Game or Visual Novel I have been playing and it totally won me over to the genre. Cinderella Phenomenon is a beautiful Free to Play Otome Visual Novel, with a gorgeous Art Style and lovely Characters. The Story was very well written and **** me into its ban almost immediatly. Every presented Main Character has 2 Routes you can go and either recieve an Happy Ending or an Unhappy Ending. Which personally I recommend to play all of them to see the full Story. It will also give you all Achievements. The only thing that bothered me was that you can't see the full story of the villains or choose them and have 2 Routes with them. I would love to see another VN from this Studio or even a DLC where you can see the Story of the Villains. I have spent 25 Hours on this Game and wouldn't mind supporting the developers. I recommend this Game to any Story Lover, Steam Achievement Hunter, Otome new comer & Otome Fan.
First of all If you havent played any Dark Parables Games I recommend you to go back and play the first one as those games are meant to be played in Order. Dark Parables: The Final Cinderella Collector's Edition comes with the Main Story, a Bonus Story and some other Bonus Content such as a little Artbook, Bonus Puzzle Levels, the Soundtrack & Wallpapers The Voice Acting was once again very nicely made and the Art Style was absolutely beautiful! This time you were able to change the Screen either into Widescreen or into Classic Resolution. First of all If you havent played any Dark Parables Games I recommend you to go back and play the first one as those games are meant to be played in Order. Dark Parables: The Red Riding Hood Sisters Collector's Edition comes with the Main Story, a Bonus Story and some other Bonus Content such as a little Artbook, Bonus Puzzle Levels, the Soundtrack & Wallpapers The Voice Acting was once again very nicely made and the Art Style was absolutely beautiful! Although you couldn't change the resolution, you were able to use the Steam Overlay and also got Trading Cards now. I loved how you can collect during the Game pieces which will, once all of them are collected, give you a little background Story which is read to you buy a guy with a very soothing and calm voice. You can of course turn it off but you dont have to. The Hidden Object Scenes were rather well hidden and the Puzzles were challenging. I personally did like them alot and was surprised how well you can hide something in this game. The Story was absolutely lovely and reminded me a little bit on my Childhood just in a more Grimm way. All in all this Game is fantastic.
First of all If you havent played any Dark Parables Games I recommend you to go back and play the first one as those games are meant to be played in Order. Dark Parables: Rise of the Snow Queen Collector's Edition comes with the Main Story, a Bonus Story and some other Bonus Content such as a little Artbook, Bonus Puzzle Levels, the Soundtrack & Wallpapers. The Dark Parables Games are so far all nice Point & Click / HO Games with a very atmospheric Fantasy Story. Take all the Fantasy Stories from your Childhood and change them up a bit this is what the Dark Parables Games basically are. Which I personally love. I enjoy seeing my Childhood Fantasy Stories once again but a little bit different. The Gameplay from this Game is just as good as the first 2 Games with the only exception that the Mouse felt a bit off in the very beginning. But you will get used to it very quickly and afterwards its not noticable anymore. The Voice Acting in this Game was just as fantastic as the other 2 Games, which leaves me a bit surprised as most point & click / HO Games have rather 'interesting' voice acting. I saw a different Option this time in the Game called 'widescreen' however it seemed to rather stretch it then making it widescreen so I just left that alone. This Game also had the Steam Overlay and has Steam Trading Cards unlike the first Dark Parables Game. To my grattitude this Game also game with a build in Guide in case you get stuck, which I personally did miss in the second game of the series. The Hidden Object Scenes where challenging but not impossible to make. Some items were very hidden and left me with a smile after I managed to find them. The Puzzles were also rather challenging some on which I just got stuck on ages and some that were alot of fun to do. The Story itself was fantastic and still left me dreaming with its great atmosphere and bright colours. All in all this game is absolutley amazing and a hidden Gem here on Steam. It also is so far my favourite. I just loved the Artstyle and the deep Story behind it. I do recommend this Game to everybody that loves HO / Point & Click Games.
Dark Parables is a nice HO / Point & Click Game Series with Multiple Games and this one is also one of them. First of all if you havent played the first Dark Parables Game, I strongly recommend going for that one first before playing this Game as they are meant to play in Order. Dark Parables: The Exiled Prince Collector's Edition comes with a main story which is about 4-5 hours long and a hardcore Adventure Mode that brings you a refreshed yet harder adventure. The Voice Acting was once again very nicely made and the Art Style was absolutely beautiful! Although you couldn't change the resolution, you were able to use the Steam Overlay and also got Trading Cards now. The Hidden Object Scenes were rather well hidden and the Puzzles were challenging. I personally did like them alot and was surprised how well you can hide something in this game. The Story was absolutely lovely and reminded me a little bit on my Childhood just in a more Grimm way. This Game was for a long time bugged with no Collectors Edition included, however thanks to many people complaining about this issue the developers have resolved it. You are now able to play the Game completely with the Bonus Chapter. All in all this game is fantastic and I can recommend it to any HO Fan!
Dark Parables: Curse of Briar Rose Collector's Edition comes with the Main Story which is around 3 and a half hours long and a Bonus Chapter which gives you another half to an hour. It also comes with Extras, such as Wallpapers, Music, Mini Games and Concept Art. For the first time in a Point & Click / HO Game I actually saw that there was a bit a backstory to read within the Game. This is the First dark Parables Game in the Parables Series and I must say although the resolution was unchangeable and there was no Steam Overlay, I did really enjoy it. It reminded me a bit of Midnight Mysteries just with a far less Grimm Art Style. The Voice Acting was surprisingly good compared to other HO / Point & Click Games and the atmosphere was gorgeous! It seems that this game just like Midnight Mysteries actually do depend on playing them inline unlike Grimm Legends where you can just play them backwards Numbered if you so wanted to. Similiar to Midnight Mysteries this Game also comes with a Strategy Guide that helps you via Pictures and writing to find your way if you lost it or help you on Puzzles if you get stuck on them. Which is to me personally a huge plus so I dont need to alt+tab out and search for half an hour on the web. The Hidden Objects were very well hidden and sometimes difficult to spot especially to its low native resolution. However once you get used to it, you should be able to find your way around just fine. All in all this Game is a great & Atmospheric Point & Click / HO Game that I can recommend to anybody that loves a good story or those Kind of Games. However due to the fact that this Game is rather short with hardly any Options in the Settings Menu I recommend getting it on Sale as its base price seems a bit to high.
First of all only because I got this game for free doesnt mean that my Review nor my opinion will be bought. Darkarta a broken hearts Quest Collectors Edition comes with the main Game, a bonus chapter, some extras & an integrated comic book. HOWEVER the Soundtrack is not included and is available on steam for purchase for more then the base game. Before we begin here is a little information about who made this game: TuttFrutti Studios which have been "working" their way up from Greenlight with promising game keys and other Methods finally made it into the Steam Store. Looking besides that I thought why is a game this beautiful in need of such shady methods? Well let me tell you. Before we begin with the actual bad parts lets appreciate the beautiful Art this game is giving you. The colours are vibrant and beautiful, which in my eyes is always a huge plus. Another Plus was the Fast Travel Option. However this is all of the positive that I can give you. The Game itself is badly translated and the Story is awfully explained. I can see what this developer was trying to go for, but the way it was put together, is not only making any sense but also seems like different kinds of people just threw in their own style of translating and then left it at that. You would also think that before publishing the game someone must off read the translation before releasing it. Yet I keep finding not just awfully translated sentences but also horribly spelled wrong words or even double words such as "the The Guardian". Some people might not be bothered by this and trust me if it would be just a one time thing I wouldnt mind, but it was not just a one time thing. Infact it was almost on every page including the additonal comic book. The Hidden Objects Scenes are either way so unseeable that you need to search for hours or so easy that you are done within a couple of seconds. Whilst I played other HOP Games which were challenging in that part, this did not seem the case here. The Characters in this Game were also rather confusing as most of them had similiar names and didnt look that much different from each other, which half of the time gave me trouble understanding what even was going on and thanks to the not well explained / translated diary it was even harder to see what was going on. Some of the Characters are just one hit wonders and you never ever see them again either. The Voice acting was acceptable but nothing too special. All in all this Game was overhyped and is very unpolished, I believe that TuttiFrutti Interactive should off worked harder on the game rather on doing shady advertising buisness. Another thing that annoys me and irritates me at the same time is that this is called the Collectors Edition and the game itself is 6€. Yet the Soundtrack is not included and you will have to buy it for an additional 10€ off steam. Generally Soundtracks are included into Collectors Editions and if they are available for separate purchase on Steam they are never more expensive then the base game. I am not sure what this is all about. One more thing I'd like to mention is that the Developer has been paying people to give out good reviews for this Game which I beg you please do not look at. Do I recommend this Game? No.
