I horribly unbalanced game. The primary gameplay loop often stalls leaving you with no clue what to do and short on money. At the same time when the game is fun it's really fun.
When I was young this game was amazing. Going back to play in 2024 the game has aged so poorly I'm genuinely shocked. The humor and voice acting are fine. Don't care about old graphics either. The combat is pretty bad by today's standards. How times have changed.
Doesn't work on small screens because you can't see what buttons to press. this is a persistent switch issue with many games that just weren't made for the platform being sold regardless.
Kingdom Two Crowns is a mesmerizing blend of minimalist strategy and immersive pixel art that truly captivates from the start. Whether riding through misty forests or defending against eerie Greed assaults, the game’s quiet, atmospheric world rewards exploration and patience. The co-op gameplay is a standout feature—perfectly designed for shared adventures that feel both relaxing and intense. With its elegant balance of resource management and discovery, every new campaign feels like a mysterious storybook unfolding one crown at a time. It’s a uniquely beautiful journey that proves strategy games can be soulful, too.
What is a really neat concept is frustrated by terrible controls. Like most games in the side scroll genre completely the game is dependent on fast reflexa and not skill. I would recommend HUE for kids with fast reflexa and people that aren't put of by bad controls.
This game deserves a perfect score, but I can't abide the difficulty. You shouldn't constantly die on normal difficulty, which is the case here. This is a fantastic game in terms of graphics, style, and story, and I can't wait for the sequel. I hope my next character isn't such a wuss.
What is generally a fun game is completely stopped dead by levels that take ten tries to pass. I will never understand why developers insist on making games so difficult on the normal setting.
While the old graphics and the new are looking great. The new controls are as unplayable as the tank controls. This kind of broken mess is further proof that remasters are just cash crabs.
This is a very average game. It's fun for killing time, but don't expect to care what's happening in the story. Not even cut scenes to make you kind of care. Just for fun, the game has four kinds of in-game currency, and unlocking weapons is a huge pain sometimes. Getting around ****, too; they give you a plain and a helicopter right from the beginning and then blanket the island with AA sites that shoot you down. I think a lot of this game changed the Far Cry formula for change's sake.
Far and Away is my favorite Far Cry Game. The problem with giant open worlds is that you can't add much detail. That's the beauty of this game. A small open world dripping with detail. Still has crazy bad guys, a strong story, and bases to capture. The guns in this game are so fun. I will play this game over and over.
Narrative-heavy games are not my jam, but this game captures the essence of Star Trek. Only Star Trek Online can rival this game for an enjoyable Trek experience. Even then, Resurgence is superior in building characters that you care about. The decisions you make feel important in a very personal way. No spoilers are needed. If you are a Trekkie, then buy this game now.
