Worst mh to date. I started in the Freedom Unite era. Absolutely Loved World.
But this is nothing like MH that I know.
The story is boring at best. Ultra cringe. No thank you, please just cut the story from the next game if its anything like this.
Hunting is not fun anymore. Its streamlined and makes no sense. I would refund it if I could, but I bought it digitally.
The combat is great though. But CAPCOM.... YOU Forgot to add Monster Hunter in my Monster Hunter!
Jump on your Seikret and get carried directly to the monster? Why not make an Arena instead of a environment? World was so much better in that regard. It was fun to explore I had to THINK about the environments, now its just arenas arenas..! Wont make the same mistake again
The game is actually really good, I was expecting something mediocre but its actually reeeally good. The graphics are amazing, except for the very bad LODs and constant popin of assets. I dont like the controls too much for walking, its very sloooow, like in gta... but the shooting is great, the driving is great, the melee is feels good. The missions are diverse and I got quite addicted... I normally stay away from open world games, but this game got me good because of the story. I dont really like the maincharacter too much, be seems **** BUT he is a great character, he is portraied very well and I dont care if he represents my views or not, he is very well written like all the characters in this game. so yeah overall, this game is an easy 9
The game is well...Insane. The graphics are so crazy detailed, the animations have never, in any game, been as fluid and the story really makes you think and is not just there for enjoyment, its a story of consequences, the part that was left out by the excellent first part. Enjoy the ride, there is no game out there that comes close to this. Piece of art.
