Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream8
May 24, 2026
This game is a lot of things. Overall it is a great experience. The fact they removed the censor filler for the sequel makes this game twenty times funnier. It looks great and feels great. It is just fun alone seeing your creations, or freaks of nature, walking around on an island. But no rankings board? NO CONCERT HALL?! Hopefully we get a content update as these things are essentials. Overall though, it is a great time.

Just Dance4
Feb 7, 2026
You know, I never understood the hype for the Just Dance series. I never had even played one of these games, so I thought to myself, "Hey! I should try the first game!" I booted it up, played for about 10 minutes and realized that it's definitely the first Just Dance game. I didn't understand how it was this game that spawn a series with a vast number of these. I realized that this was a Wii dancing game. Of course everyone loved it. Everyone had a Wii. However, it's just so lifeless. The menus make me feel nothing when I pick a song. These songs are for sure a time capsule. The motion controls are laughably bad. Even if you follow the moves perfect, you'll miss. I understand it's a Wii game from 2009, but this was a mediocre Wii game at the time, and now it's a soulless game that everyone forgot about as they're playing the new one, which I'm sure is the same game with more modern songs and better controls

Wipeout: Create & Crash5
Jul 1, 2025
If you are a serious Wipeout fan, you'll like this game, but to everyone else, it will probably feel lacking in content. I'll probably pop in for 30 minutes once in a while, but that's about it.

Animal Crossing: New Leaf8
Jul 1, 2025
The best of the Animal Crossing as of now. It give everything you'd want in an Animal Crossing game, beautiful music, service projects, a tropical island, fortune cookies, and more. If you want to get started with the Animal Crossing series, this is the one you should go with.

New Super Mario Bros. 27
Jul 1, 2025
New Super Mario Bros. 2 is a fun game, but I feel bad whenever I play it. It's like a bag of chips. I'm excited going in, but when I finish, I feel like a piece of human garbage. It's a junk food game.

Paper Mario: Sticker Star2
Jun 30, 2025
This game is definitely a fall from grace from what made the original Paper Mario games so special. Battles are worthless, in fact they should be avoided at all costs as you'll be losing your resources as there's no longer an xp system. Just save your stickers for boss battles and you'll be fine. No more companions, well I guess there's one, but she's the most unfunny, annoying character I've traveled with in a video game. I don't even remember her game, just that it begins with a K. There are puzzles, but it hard to call them puzzles as there more just confusing backtracking. I don't mind backtracking in video games, but this game takes it to the extreme level to the point where I feel the need to pull up a walkthrough as I have no idea where the hell I'm supposed to go or be doing. As the first Paper Mario game I played, this was a sour opening to a great series.

Super Mario 3D Land7
Jun 30, 2025
I would say it's a forgettable 3D Mario game. It's not a bad game, it's actually a great time. However, it doesn't have much of a identity. It's just a fun 3D Mario game. It's "successor," 3D World, is much more memorable.

Tomodachi Life7
Jun 30, 2025
I've never quite played a "game" like this one. It's an experience to say the least. It's not really a game, but more of a smartphone app you check throughout the day. It's will have you coming back due to it's awkward, but often funny moments. It's somewhat up to the player on how quirky to make your game is by what Miis you decide to put on your island. An interesting game that will definitely be looked back on in gaming history.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons4
Jun 30, 2025
Man, I really wanted to like this entry in the Animal Crossing franchise, but it feels like a step back in every way. First off, the villagers. I like to call them "decoration" as these guys feels like blank slates. The crafting feels a little too much as it feels like a step away from Animal Crossing. I'm all for new ideas, but I guess it's just not my thing. There are many positives still. The music once again very good, the amount of inventory space makes it much harder to go back to older entries, and it's very visually beautiful, but too many negatives bring it down for me to not consider a good time.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild9
Jun 30, 2025
Breath of the Wild is a wonderful delight of a time. It just has a couple of problems that stops it from a 10/10. Subpar voice acting for sure. It feels like the actors were only allowed one take at times. The dungeons are also nothing special, which fantastic dungeon design is what I expect from a Zelda game, but instead they're just good. Couple frame drops, but it's running on a Nintendo Switch, which isn't the game's problem, but rather the console. Besides these slight nitpicks, this is a incredible game that is a must play in my book.

Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury8
Jun 30, 2025
It's nothing that will blow you away, but Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury is a fun time. This Switch port makes Super Mario 3D World a breeze to go through, with an insane increase in running speed (which definitely doesn't work sometimes. This alone makes 3D World feel like a brand new game, but then you get Bowser's Fury which is nothing extraordinary, but a good time and shows promise for the next 3D Mario game.
