I like the game and enjoyed it, but the story and the characters are such overblown melodramatic nonsense. Don't try to follow the story too closely it's just pop-video-filler and 99% is never explained.
Great locations all beautifully put together.
A nice (if a little predictable) story.
Plays really well throughout, puzzles being varied and just the right difficulty.
Troy Baker really nails Indiana Jones' voice and his movements. A reminder of how a good AAA game should be made in a time when they are thin on the ground.
I want an F1 game to be about F1, not about picking Ikea furniture and rediculous designer brand tat. Exactly the same game as F1 2021 except with new cars and tracks. Welcome to EA Codemasters. When you get to the racing it's generally pretty good but so few improvements over last year. When will they put a radar in this game so we can see cars around us? Surely adding that would have involved a tenth of the effort that the truly awful F1 Life involved?
I played and loved all the original XCOMS plus the first reboot and loved them. I've played this for 20 hours now and am going to sell it because... 1) Load times are huge. 2) The campaign map is a confusing mess of poorly described events etc. 3) Its way too difficult, requiring constant reloads (remember 1 people). 4) Most missions have very brief time limits meaning you must charge about. This makes the slow tactical overwatch-style assaults often impossible. 5) Avatar project and dark events nonsense seems unavoidable,so you never feel like you are doing very well or have any kind of control - even though you save and reload 15 times until you get lucky on every mission and get out alive. (again remember 1). Really disappointed, another great franchise milked dry.
