Oh, I may get carried away and spoil something! I’ll just say this: the fight scenes are sooooo goood! When you don’t die, you pick up a few tricks! I like how they updated parts of the comic for the movie. It made the story a little cleaner, but I can see why the outcry from the purists. It was a little to wordy for an action movie, the flashbacks were too expositioney and well, I started to fall asleep. But then the bangs happened, I was up again and there was a great finish! Looking forward to the next one. Which may never happen. Was this even supposed to be released in theaters? Anyway, I’m easy to entertain and I was entertained. Thanks!

I loved it! Issa Rae and Kumail Nanjiami had a quirky energy and chemistry that was delightful to watch unfold. It isn’t Casablanca or The Princess Bride, but it is entertaining and a fun and fanciful distraction from the real world.
