Mafia III6

Mafia 3 is a decent game which is spoiled by lazy and repetitive mission design. The gun-play is still good. soundtrack is great and the story is nice as well. The driving aspect has never been better.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided9

This is probably one of the best games I've played all year, The gameplay is great, and the levels are open for different playstyles. New augs have been introduced as well and offer new options. The environments are well designed and soundtrack is good. The writing is exceptional and engaging. It has sub-quests that are well written and in some ways feel better than the main story. I played the breach and it seems good, its rally just more of the same as in the main game. MY only complaints is a somewhat lackluster ending and clunky character animations during dialogue.

Uncharted 4: A Thief's End8
May 25, 2016
This is one of the best games of the year and a satisfying conclusion to the Nathan Drake saga. It contains all we've come to love from the series. Impressive set pieces with a stunning attention to detail, great voice acting, entertaining puzzles, and fun platforming. The gun play is nothing to write home about, though now you can be more stealthy then in previous entries.Collectibles let you unlock art galleries, gameplay modes and character skins. my only complaints gameplay wise is that I feel combat could have been better perfected and maybe make the artifacts more interesting like in the tomb raider **** story is satisfying and characters are as memorable as they've ever been. If you have a PS4 I recommend it and if you don't then you might want to consider getting one, you won't be disappointed.

Tales from the Borderlands: A Telltale Game Series9
Jan 4, 2016
Easily the best Telltale game I have played. It really captures the spirit of borderlands. It is hilarious and action packed, yet isn't afraid to delve into more serious moments that work together to make the game more memorable. The characters are all interesting and have their own identity and all of them do a good job in making you either love or hate them as the developers intended. At the end of the day it concludes with a satisfying and action packed finale.

Rise of the Tomb Raider9

This is a solid sequel to the 2013 reboot, and a good sign for the series as a whole. The gameplay builds on the already great mechanics of its predecessor while still feeling new and satisfying. The graphics and voice acting are impressive, and the set pieces are just breathtaking and some of the best I've seen. More opportunities for exploration are now available as well as more tombs and crypts, though they are optional. Hunting has been made more important due to things like, hides and pelts being necessary for improving on weapons and crafting certain outfits. Lara can now make grenades and Molotov **** from scrap lying around. The story isn't anything new but it is done well making it easy to enjoy, and the devs even put some effort into making the villains somewhat complex and sympathetic. All in all this is a great game and a must have if you enjoyed the first one.

This is a disappointingly average expansion and a missed out opportunity overall. The story is hardly interesting and barely fleshed out. The only new mechanic introduced is a fear system in which evil using a mix of hallucinogenic bombs, spikes, and the Indian version of iron knuckles to scare enemies into running away. There are "new"activities that are just reskins of the ones present in the main game. Gameplay is still fun but, strangely enough I experienced more glitches than in the main campaign. The screen would temporarily freeze while driving a coach and activities would reset for no reason at all. In the end I can't recommend this at its full asking price and give it a five out of ten. It's not terrible but it's not great.

Assassin's Creed Syndicate7

This is a definite improvement over unity, the story and characters are improved and is probably the best it's been in a while. The characters are enjoyable and interesting, even if the main antagonist is the stereotypical villain I still found him entertaining. London looks great and you really feel like your in the industrial revolution. the soundtrack is beautiful well written. Ironically the features that have helped improved it are from older games. You can hijack coaches a la GTA, the combat is reminiscent from Batman Arkham City as well as the grappling hook( even though it's not as fast, but that just makes sense, considering the times.) and you can have your gang members follow you and fight with you like in saints row. You can perform environmental kills, like having hanging barrels drop on foes by throwing knives at them, set off dynamite by either shooting or throwing bombs at **** can make enemies kill each other by either shooting them with hallucinogenic darts or at open fires that enemies are near to turn it into gas, affecting more than one enemy. There are horse races now with coaches that, for the most part, I enjoyed. They aren't easy I really felt I heart pumping while I was playing them. They aren't all one type either. Either it's getting from point a to b, lap races. Beating a train(!), or even triathalons, so there's a lot of variety there. Unfortunately, there are still problems with the game, caused by occasionally buggy controls that make the pc do things you didn't want them to. The world map is filled with far to many collectibles for my taste. The map is filled with side activities that can get tedious if you don't take a break from them, though they tried to give most of the gang related ones a back-story to try and make you more interested in them. I have experienced two bugs but not a lot and not nearly as bad as last years. In the end, if you still like assassins creed you probably enjoy this. If your burned out on the series however, then either don't get it or wait for a sale or the price to go down, maybe even rent it if you can. P.s. Just because I give it a seven doesn't mean it's bad. Anything below five is bad whereas fives is average, six is above average and seven is good.

TLU is a masterpiece. This is the first time I've played this game. The graphics are beautiful and look very realistic. The gameplay is fun and really keeps you on your toes. The collectibles do a very good job of immersing you into the story. The story itself is outstanding and the relationship between Ellie and Joel is beautiful. It is worth every penny.
