The Orville: Season 1

From what I have seen of the Series so far,I really like The Orville and am extremely excited to see it **** all these Critics giving it such A hard time they obviously are way off base with the rest of us.I happen to think that the Orville is A very faithful, clever and funny homage to Star Trek, yet at the same time goes to great strides to convey the Drama of A Star Trek Series without disrespecting it in anyway, shape or form.Seth McFarlane has always been quite talented and I have enjoyed his involvement in anything he's ever been in and he really stands out in A positive way on this show. The rest of the Cast is talented, well casted and overall great at their particular **** guest stars are part of the show I really enjoy the most as most so far have been from either the various Star Trek Series or involvement with voice overs from Family Guy,American Dad or one of many Seth McFarlane's Movies he's been involved in.They are also well casted and I get really excited seeing them every single Week! Overall,I think FOX and Critics are doing everything they can to find An excuse to cancel this show as they do with so many other show that are gone before their time and I have to say it's unfair and way off base when most common people I have seen have had nothing but rave reviews about the show,I would suggest those who support the show do everything they can to spread the word to others.Hopefully, there this show will go on and there will be A season two, because from what I have seen so far there is every indication that Orville has the success it so rightfully deserves.

Alien Nation (1989): Season 1
10
User ScoreHemp316
Mar 4, 2016
Truly this A classic example of A show way too ahead of it's **** movie based on it's name starring James Caan was overlooked itself as many have no idea that it ever existed.Alien Nation is even more relevant now and certainly more **** show examines what it would be like **** modified, enslaved group of Aliens called the Tetenese.Their slave ship landed in the Mojave Desert and quarantined before given U.S. Citizenship. What happens in their struggles of fitting in and finding their place in society results in Racism, bigotry and overall for most of them not being wanted by Human society. Also, their unique strength and intelligence attracts the wrong people whom simply want to use them for nefarious reasons. However, all are not so innocent as many from the slave ship were Slavers themselves called the Overseeers or Klag'sa'sugh in Tentenese. They wish to unite with their superiors to not only enslave the Tentens on Earth but all of Earth's population itself. The show mainly takes place in Los Angeles and the two main character are the grizzled Detective Matt Skies (Meaning excrement and cranium in Tentenese) who's partner was murdered by A Tetenese hit squad ran by A Tetenese **** other character is the newly made Tetenese Detective George Francisco.Suffice to say, these two do not get along and Matt specifically has nothing but contempt for George and basically all of the Tetenese calling them derogatory terms such as Spounge heads and Slags. However, during the Pilot Episode He slowly learns that no matter what the Biological differences are,the Tetenese are just people just like any Human and never asked to be slaves in the first place.Throughout the series and subsequent Television Movies,Matt and George learn and experience both the good and bad of both races, ultimately respecting both of their races and each other. What really helps Matt in particular are George's Family-His Wife Susan,His Daughter Emily,His Son Buck and His Uncle Moodri.George's Son however has no desire fitting into Human society and regularly lashes out with A combination of Teen angst and hatred of anything Human as oppose to his Sister Emily-A young Girl who wants nothing more than to fit in.Susan desperately tries to adapt and raise her kids to embrace Earth and their society and George trying to provide for His family and set An example for His children. The second dynamic for Matt is His next door apartment neighbor Catherine **** is A Tetenese Woman who has trained to be A Doctor.Through time there is A very obvious attraction and that grows steadily through time and beyond through the Television Movies. The other characters mainly are mainly focused on the Police Precinct such as Captain Byan Grazer, the Janitor Albert Einstein and Officer Beatrice Zepeda. These character offer surprising humor and when it calls for it serious dramatic interludes. They all fit right into the show and overall are well casted for their particular roles. Overall,Alien Nation is A Television Classic that was widely overlooked and under appreciated for it's time as the indication of future Television Movies would **** be honest, people at that time really missed A great opportunity to embrace something way ahead of their time and the show could of been one of the most successful Science Fiction series of all time.I am glad however there are people like myself who still remembers and appreciates the series for all of it's worth and I encourage people to rediscover it for themselves and relive one of the most imaginative, unique and exciting Science Fiction experiences of all time.

Man Seeking Woman: Season 1

This show is the first one for modern times in which truly expresses the struggles and triumph of the ordinary, average Male who seeks companionship.Especially with his thoughts and feelings and is done so with care and without feeling guilty that they are A lonely white Male or really any Male for that **** the same time it doesn't disrespect Females in the process,to the contrary,it shares their struggles and thoughts as **** fantasy or daydream sequences is what makes the show truly unique and funny. They are very well crafted and imaginative, making what would be something in real life as rather bland and unexciting to something that is funny and relateable.Everybody no matter what Gender has had these over dramatized thoughts in their head, but for the first time they are finally expressed in real **** Actors are fantastic and all feel right to be in this series and I never once said 'Hey,this person doesn't belong on here'. It's extremely fun to see Jay Baruchel's character succeed and even more so when He **** Sister on the show is equally as interesting as the episodes with her alone are just as funny but just shown in the eyes of A Woman.Eric Andre makes the perfect Male best friend always trying to get Jay's character drunk and laid and their struggles when they do or don't. All the characters like I said are well introduced and belong perfectly that particular universe and along with Jay's daydreams and his ordinary struggles as An average Male in modern society makes this show truly A future classic in my book at least.

Donny!: Season 1

This show has A very limited, repetitive formula to **** far as the character goes,I like Donny Deutsche and He comes off as believable an d real to Me.However, the same old archetype of An older egotistical television obsessed with himself and Women gets tiresome when essentially that's the premise every single episode.Ronny's assistance (four younger Women by the way) is what truly makes the show worth watching in my opinion.Their counterpoints to his misguided crusades and the results of them is what makes the show truly funny.I would love for the show to focus A few episodes on just one of them or maybe focus one Ronny's Russian **** other words, the supporting cast is what makes Ronny funny as A catalyst to all of Ronny's shenanigans.Ronny himself is interesting and funny, but his story lines are just A cookie cutter ****-Ronny does or says something offensive on his show or in social media,two-some is offended,three-he gets lectured by his assistance,four-He attempts to apologize or make amends,five-no one really believes him and six he is ashamed and rinse and repeat for 3/4 of all the episodes. This show is entertaining and quite funny at times, but the reason for the modest score is that so many of the episodes are alike interchangeable that there's just not enough uniqueness after the third episode.I hope Season two will explore some different possibilities like perhaps him temporarily moving his show in the show to Hollywood or having it cancelled and he shops around for A new network and hi-jinks **** bottom line is that there needs to be better writing and more diverse story lines and characters for this show to continue any further.

Better Call Saul: Season 2

So far, this Season is relative boring.Although there is promise behind A fantastic buildup and execution, there hasn't been A sufficient amount of time to judge whether it deserves A **** reason for my score is that it has A lot of promise and the ingredients are there to make it even better than Season One.However, this short of A while I really have to question those Reviewers on here simply give it A ten just on how much they loved the first Season alone and not judging the content in which they were presented this far in this current Season. Guys, give it some time!In all honesty,I would not believe any review that gives it A ten so far.Does it deserve A ten?Not at all.Does it deserve my score?More than fair so ****'s too premature so far to give Season anymore than A five, six or seven at best and for anyone to disagree with is that person's personal bias towards Breaking Bad and nothing else. There's unbiased and then there's blatantly biased. Most scores of ten are the latter.I hope this Season is A phenomenal hit like last Season, but so far it's too little to determined whether that will be An illusion or clean cut reality.

Fargo: Season 2

This Season is An example of correctly rehashing An environment without making it feel stale and the same can be said by it's plot. Also, the time and place has A lot to do in the positive for this Season as it proves no matter what time and place A Television show is placed there is always violence around every corner. This time around,I believe the characters are more fleshed out and examined more than the overall ****,basically you care more about each character than their individual actions. Each character is in A gigantic play and you are really invested in each one and want to see each ones beginning and end as opposed to the last Season where the overall story arch focused more on one particular individual. There were characters in Season One where I didn't care either way what happened, however in Season Two through the fantastic Writing and focus on each and every character's backstory and future, whether they are bad or good you are invested in seeing every facet of those characters.Even in shows that I think are quite good like Breaking Bad for example,I only felt the struggles of Walter White and basically could have care less what happened to Saul Goodman or Jesse Pinkman.I love how it felt as if you were transported to another time and place that felt foreign and strange to Me,yet once I settled down in and got started with the journey,I felt immediately part of the **** the end of the Season,I felt such An Adrenaline rush (especially the last two Episodes) that I had never felt for any amount of characters in any other Series that I can remember in recent **** won't hear any Spoilers from Me,but suffice to say, there is A strong connection that becomes apparent and that's all I will ****,I definitely recommend you check out this Season and I promise you from the start of the first Episode there will not be one moment of regret you will have starting A Journey of complicated people in what seems to be A more less complicated time and place.

BoJack Horseman: Season 2

All and all, this Season was nearly perfect as they the Show outdid itself and evolved as it should **** only are most of the story lines are back in Season **** Writing is fantastic and every Episode rivals anything like the Simpsons,Family Guy and South Park.Though I recognize that those Shows have obviously been on longer and are very well known,BoJack Horseman Season 2 seems more interesting and fun and it leaves you wanting to watch more of something fresh. I did say nearly perfect as the Season does have A few surprises that made Me question some of the Writing decisions for certain Episodes.A few more strayed away from BoJack to another character which I felt was 'show more BoJack' as I got increasingly more bored in A small majority of scenes. Overall, this is definitely worth watching and this Show can do nothing but improve in the future as the Acting and Writing will continue to be top notch.BoJack and his wacky adventures will continue with or without you,so don't miss out on this new future classic and present day success.

This Season had A really strong Season **** myself that one Episode made up for Freak Show being so **** doesn't really disappoint on any level as there is no heavy subtext and the characters establish themselves through gruesome acts and for those who don't,other character's back stories are introduced in A detailed manner making flashback scene descriptive without taking A long time. You'll see A lot of familiar faces from past AHS Shows and they of course act **** story is leaps and bounds better than last Season and let's hope it stays that way as it looks to be A very great one so far.

The Muppets (2015): Season 1

At some levels ,I have always somehow loved the Muppets.I think as A Kid the Muppet Babies cartoon in the 80's really cemented the Muppets for Me as I really enjoyed it at the **** far as the actual Muppet Movies,I'm remembering watching some of the older Muppets stuff and liked it. However, just like most childhood memories two things happen-exploitation and memories not as good as you remember in some cases. From basically the beginning of the end of the original Muppet Show the Franchise has return so many time throughout the past thirty years the Movie Industry has basically exploited the Muppets and therefore diluted the franchise. This lead for A while for Me to loathe them as too many Movies throughout my childhood soured the Muppets for Me. Now,with all that said-I do love them and I have been happy with results of two previous Movies that came out in the past four years as do I with this current Show entitled-The Muppets. Finally, after so many tired 'kid Friendly' versions of the Muppets they finally went for A more Adult oriented angle as they recognize the target majority of the Audience are indeed Adults that actually grew up with them and appreciate the content. The show is really funny as the Muppets seamlessly interact with Humans with no problems.Seeing all the different Muppets are A sight to behold as almost everyone that can be fit in An Episode are,but each one have excellent dialogue and comes off great. The Guest Stars have been perfect so far I have to say and without giving away any Spoilers away everything so far in Show looks really good and if it continues this Show will stay strong and and set A new generation for the Muppets on A winning streak and A new success story for ABC.

Louie is one of those shows that you are suppose to identify with the character.Well, unless you're forty plus year old divorced Father of two girls that's from New York then I doubt you will relate to any of Louie's problems.Personally,I am A young, single Guy from California and to myself New York looks like A foreign country to **** for the comedy, most of the funny parts have to do with His comedy routine like when He's at the comedy club and something happens **** rest are just awkward, embarrassing moments that I don't personally find funny and I usually turn my head when something like that ****,I am saying it is worth watching, but I really could not relate to much of the show which is why it doesn't score higher for myself.Perhaps you will and if you can this show is for you.

I was first excited by anything that has to do with Leonardo Da Vinci from the two great Ron Howard films-The Da Vinci Code and Angels and Demons. When I heard that there would be A Television series based on An alternate reality starring one of the best Inventors and artists of all time,I was excited, but was afraid that I wouldn't like it as much and would lose interest after A while. However,by the time I was finished with the first episode I knew I would continue for another **** it went and the more I watched the more I was emotionally invested in almost every character in the Show especially Leonardo **** Acting is really great especially the Actor who plays Leonardo,He's absolutely perfect for the Role.I love how everything feels like A puzzle and the almost Sherlock Holmes-type way that solutions to problems unravel before Leonardo and you see how what He sees. This makes the show in every way for **** feels interactive in A way like you are there with Him solving the puzzles **** supporting cast and story lines are well done and never feel forced on heavy handed.I can say so much more, but please take my word that you won't be disappointed if you watch this series and start from the very beginning, because you will become A part **** mystery that is destine to change the entirety of all mankind ****'s time to get started!

Without revealing Spoilers I will say that this particular Season has An extremely slow buildup.A lot of the plots from the last Season goes mostly unfinished and mostly unexplored almost until the last half the Season.Though they nice build up slowly and with interesting revelations and twists you never saw **** you expect Action it's there, but on and off until one key episode where the Show makes it up to you in **** for Deaths-well without saying too much they are shocking when key characters of the show die,but I will assure you the great majority of them come from out of the blue.I wouldn't say for sure it was the Season I expected, but I believe leads the next Season with some of the last story arcs of the series.Overall,to Me even though I wouldn't say it was the best Season of the series.I will say that it is the best buildup of any show ever conceived for A Television ****,watch this Season, don't be disappointed with whatever expectations you might have had and take it for it's merits and be pumped up for A future iconic next Season to come.

This show is ridiculously well done for An Adult Animated series not to mention so,so **** myself it is somewhat of A culmination of animated series from the past like Duckman for example and improves on the premise by having one of the best sets of Actors and Writers in **** voices and what comes out of them are really done **** origins of BoJack are instantly recognizable as those who grew up from the 1980's and early **** you are A fan of comedy and especially anything from Adult Swim you owe it to yourself to give this show A chance and I seriously doubt you will not like it.I mean, what's not to like anyway.A great show is A great show!
