SO. HECKING. GOOD! Don't get me wrong, Sonic Adventure 2 was pretty good. But let's be real, the only outstanding parts of the game were the Big the Cat sections. But this game? It's the best. The story? EPIC. I love how Sonic fell in love with a human girl, it really worked. The gameplay? FANTASTIC! You get to go so fast, and all the characters play really well. Conclusion? THE BEST GAME OF IT'S TIME! The only Sonic game to succeed this is Sonic Boom. Even if you have played Sonic Boom, this game is a must-play for all living things. I don't care how you get it, GET THIS GAME NOW!

One of the best platformers I have ever had the honor of playing. Honestly, I never cared for the 2D Sonic games. Don't get me wrong, Shadow the Hedgehog, Sonic 06, and Sonic Boom were fantastic, but the 2D Sonics were just alright. But this game? This is what Sonic could have been. The speed, the ingenious floating mechanic. They even added fall damage! Nice to see some realism in platforming games am I right? But the best part about this game is it's humor. Bubsy is delightful and hilarious, and he made the game what it was too me. In fact, I'm pretty sure he's what inspired Sonic Boom's humor. Overall, great game. It's cheap, so just buy it now. You're sure too love it.

It makes me kind of sad to see how many people can hate this game. Seriously, this game is great, especially for emos like me. The gameplay is really fun, you get to go really fast and shoot people. I love violence so I had a blast. Shadow is a really well made character, with a very disturbing past that reminded me of myself. I also like how he curses. It shows how mature he is. Overall, great game, especially if you're an emo like me. I hope people learn to stop being so intolerant of emo culture and accept this game for the gem it is.

Masterful. I haven't played any Mega Man games before, but I can tell this game is above and beyond them. For starters, the graphix. They look A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. ESPECIALY the explosions. It also introduces an interesting gameplay mechanic I haven't seen before. The game will actually slow down the frame rate sometimes, which adds some fun unpredictability and challenge to the game. Sometimes, the game will even crash! It adds some fun tension no other game has replicated, especially not those lame old Mega Man games. The dash mechanic is really fun too. It's nice to have a way to get a quick burst of speed in a game like this, another thing no other Mega Man game has ever done. Seeing a pattern? This game is like Mega Man, but good. In fact, it's one of the greatest games I've ever played, second only to Sonic Boom. The only flaw I can see with it is the fact it's a platformer. They should have just made it an FPS instead.

It began on a dark rainy day. I was in a deep depression, sitting alone in my house, wishing I could find some meaning to my existence. Then I heard a knock on my door, and when I looked out all I could see was a copy of Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric, sitting on my doorstep. As I picked it up, droplets of water rolled down its cover, like tears from its many years of neglect. I put it in my PS4, and I soon began to lose myself in this masterpiece ****. Just from the first cutscene, where our beloved hero Sonic dies, this game absorbed me into its grasp. Part of me wanted to turn the game off after seeing this shocking sight; but I was already **** in. And the more I played, the more I realized this was the greatest experience of my life. The game's vibrant open worlds, the blood-pumping speed sections, the lovable quirky characters, everything about it was perfect. And I could have never seen the twist at the end coming... But I'll let you discover it for yourself. I recommend this game to anyone who has a soul, and enjoys quality entertainment. Please, do yourself a huge favor and buy this game.
