V for Vendetta0

While the acting is solid, the introduction of the letter/narrative of two sexual minorities losing their lives which does not add anything to the plot, combined with the antirreligious propaganda, turn this movie into a political pamphlet. The twentieth century alone has shed more blood than all the 19 centuries before combined, the greatest butchers in the history of mankind being atheists (Stalin, Mao). So, while I acknowledge that evil knows no boundaries (whether christian, atheist, jewish, muslim, or whatever) throwing a punch to religious faith insinuating it is an instrument for dictatorship calls for an accusatory counterblow: remove the plank from your eyes and look at China and Cuba.

The Warriors0

A large bunch of poorly-parented misfits are gathered around a false prophet. False prophet gets shot dead in the head (whoa, who would have thought that could happen in a gathering of thugs, thieves and the like?) and the whole bunch goes running behind a group of them. All of this while a radio hostess makes a show of it instead of calling the Police. Bad life examples + no redemption + no good life lessons to be learned = waste of time.

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas0

In a culture where substance abuse has done nothing but increase, a movie that trivializes such a major problem is diabolic cynicism. This said by someone who had a relative who was addicted to ansiolitics.

Richard Jewell7
Mar 16, 2024
A film that shows how bad journalists and/or bad journalism destroys human lives. This is something all of us should have learned from the cояоиacїяcцš hoax. Would give it a 10/10, if it was not for the extremely foul language used throughout the whole movie: If the sound beeped every time someone sweared, you would be under the impression that you are suffering from tinnitus. I would recommend the non-english speaking audience to look for a dubbed version which waters down the insults, you will not miss anything important from the plot.

If someone ever does a miniseries or a movie of Dante's "Divine Comedy", this movie could be used to depict Hell. I am totally in line with what user FilipeNeto wrote. The consequences in real life of the debauchery depicted in this movie could be dire, as the diverse tragedies reported in "copycat" parties thrown by poorly-parented individuals have shown.

I would try to get a censored version of the movie due to the constant swearing. Other than that, it is a great film.

The Wolf of Wall Street0
Mar 15, 2024
While it may be interesting to see how rotten and corrupt the Wall Street environment (and for that matter, major Consultancy firms) from someone who was part of it, the constant immodesty and swearing make the movie deserve a round O.

Saint Ralph0
Mar 15, 2024
What could have been an excellent movie for all audiences is spoiled rotten due to completely unnecessary immodesty on display at the beginning of the movie. Such a shame.

Mulan0
Mar 14, 2024
At the time of its release it passed as a mere piece of "healthy" entertainment. Today, with the whole rainbowflag ideology being crammed down the throats of adults and children alike (and with Disney actively taking part in it), it is clear that this piece of thrash was a trojan horse for gender ideology.

Meet Joe Black0
Mar 12, 2024
The cast's performance is very good. So are the camera and scenery. I can grant the story many licences; like death being a creature (when in fact is a process). The reason why I am torpedoing the rating is the bad morals this movie conveys through Joe Black. Being him Death itself, one would have expected him to have a wisdom nurtured through millenia capable of seeing love as more than getting into the bedroom of a woman. Were Death a creature, his capacity to contemplate beauty should go far beyond drooling over a pair of breasts and a tight butt, it should be able to contemplate the person's soul. The story could have explored how true femininity can be an instrument God uses to turn a self-centered stonehearted selfish man into someone who actually can "will the good of the beloved one and do something about it" (that is the definition of love), and instead we get Follywood's usual "love = fornication and carnal licence" crap. There are some things between a man and a woman that can only happen within marriage, and Joe Black should have known that after seeing millions of souls going either to Heaven or to Hell.

Death on the Nile0
Mar 9, 2024
A cautionary tale on the dire consequences (both in this life and after death) of grave immorality ruined by rainbowflag apologetics. I don't want to give spoilers, so I would recommend you to watch the original version of the movie and skip this one.

Roe v. Wade10

While I believe that the university professor who is always throwing quotes is a little bit corny, the movie manages to convey how the gate to the greatest genocide in human history was opened. According to rough estimations, each year 40 million human beings are butchered inside the wombs of their mothers. Just for the record, World War 2 had 50 million dead from 1939 to 1945. We are killing 80% of the people that were killed in 6 years of war in just ONE YEAR. I will let the reader do the math. When future generations look back to us, they will remember us as the most brutal and bloodthirsty people who have walked the earth. God have mercy on us.

Who Framed Roger Rabbit0
Mar 3, 2024
Had this movie been rated for adults (+18), I would have given it a higher score. I saw this movie in the theater in 1988; in hindsight certain elements of the plot are honestly not suitable for kids. And putting Jessica Rabbit dressing, acting and behaving as a prostitute doesn't help.

The Devil's Advocate0

The movie itself is very good, some of the conversations are true food for thought today. However there are two segments of the movie that is completely unnecessary, do not add anything to the plot and are gravely sinful. And this immorality was present when I saw the movie in the theater.

Great movie, ruined by feminism. With the ending from the comic I would have given the movie an 8-10.

A movie that sees virginity as a flaw. If there is something we are seeing now as our society accepts that "thErE ArE mEn wItH oVArIes aNd WoMen wiTh tEsTiCLeS" and continues to spiral down into collective insanity is the bitter and tragic results of the sexual revolution. By the time this movie came out I was a teenager and fell for it. I strongly regret it, as I see how destructive it has been in my life. Promiscuity and sex outside marriage ALWAYS come at an extremely high price, to you and to society.

The only good thing of this piece of thrash is that it helps non-christians understand why Hell must exist and how some people end up there. Please pray for those human beings who where involved in the production and/or commercialization and/or distribution of this thrash. If they die unrepentant, they will burn at trillions of degrees for all eternity.

Nefarious10

A few remarks. First, it is NOT a horror movie; it is closer to a psychological thriller. Two, this movie is not meant to make you feel good nor cater to your emotions; it is meant to wake you up and realize the ultimate realities of life. Yes, there is an eternal Heaven. Yes, there is an eternal Hell. Painful to swallow? You bet. But truth is truth, regardless of how unpleasant it is. So, how do I avoid Hell and get to Heaven? Well, the first step is to ask God "God, please save me from Hell and lead me to Heaven, or I will perish!" (God will respond immediately, trust me).

A more appropiate title for this "documentary" would be "Suicide: the movie". I feel sorry for the members of the rescue team that will have to go peel his lifeless body off the rocks after he dies like the two guys of 42-43 years of age who are referenced in this "documentary". I would encourage people to pray for this guy. If he doesn't stop his future looks red and squishy. To Honnold: dude, quit doing that before it is too late. Go read stories to blind children, or go work at a soup kitchen, or become an ambulance driver. Go to find meaning in your life by helping those who cannot help themselves.
