Snowfall: Season 14
Dec 25, 2017
Snowfall is predictable and way too slow. The cast is solid. This music choices are pretty good as well, but that doesn't make up for the fact there is no reason to tune in next week.

Flesh and Bone: Season 18
Dec 25, 2017
It can be uncomfortable to watch. Though, there's no doubt it's a well-done drama. The performances across the cast are great, Sarah Hay and Ben Daniels shine the most.

Somewhere Between: Season 17
Dec 25, 2017
Somewhere Between isn't breaking any ground. It's just another ABC mystery drama. But, it's one of the better ones with appealing leads and twists at every corner.

Dig: Season 12
Dec 25, 2017
Dig is a huge disappoinment. I waited 'till the very last episode for something big to happen, but it never did. There isn't any pay-off for the 10 hours that I spent watching. You can save your time, though.

GLOW: Season 110
Dec 25, 2017
GLOW is a comedy through-and-through. It's even twisty. But the most important trait of this series is that is addictive.

Marvel's The Defenders: Season 16
Dec 25, 2017
The Defenders was a much expected show by a lot of people. I wasn't so enthusiastic. The action scenes are good, there are plenty of memorable one liners and yet the show wasn't compelling enough to make me press play on the next episode right after the previous ended.

The Bold Type: Season 19
Dec 25, 2017
The Bold Type was one of the biggest surprises of the year. I expect mindless entertainment, but the show is so much more and doesn't scare away from tackling hot topics.

Downward Dog: Season 110
Dec 25, 2017
Downward Dog is a delight to watch. It's one of the most inventive comedies that will ever air on TV. There were so many things that could have gone wrong with show, but it turned out great.

Imaginary Mary: Season 15
Dec 25, 2017
Imaginary is an okay show; it's far from a must-watch, but it works for a lonely Saturday. The show has its funny moments, but there are not a lot of those. The cast has chemistry. The imaginary friend is cute and sometimes even funny. Jenna Elfman deserves better than this, though.

Still Star-Crossed: Season 13
Dec 25, 2017
Still Star-Crossed is one the worst shows that premiered in 2017, if not the worst. The pilot and the last episode are a mess like I've never seen **** rest of the episodes although not as bad are not good either. This could have been epic or at least watchable. I don't know why ABC order this in the first place. It's a waste of money. Anyway, the less said, the better.

Powerless: Season 13
Dec 25, 2017
The first DC comedy is a fail. I had high expectations. It didn't deliver. The show is unfunny and predictable. The supporting actors are so annoying. The only good thing about the show is Vanessa Hudgens, but even she cannot save it. All in all, the show is a waste of time.

Kevin (Probably) Saves the World: Season 110
Dec 22, 2017
This show is absolutely fantastic. It has a lot of heart, but it's also funny. Jason Ritter is amazing. As The Mayor, this drama is hopeful and believes that there is more good than evil in the world and that's just great. There should be more shows like this on TV. Escapism at its best.

The Deuce: Season 19
Dec 22, 2017
The Deuce is one of the few better dramas premiering this fall. The huge ensemble is great. Every performer makes the most of the limited screen-time they get. The writing and the directing are also great.

Ten Days in the Valley: Season 16
Dec 22, 2017
Ten Days in the Valley is nothing special. It's your regular ABC mystery drama. They have been so many by now that the show is instantly forgettable.

Star Trek: Discovery: Season 17
Dec 22, 2017
I am not a **** for space dramas. However, Star Trek: Discovery is a good one. It is often great. If you manage to get passed the first three episodes which are the weakest, you are in for a treat. Things start to get moving from that point on. It's also to be appreciated that the creators opted for a serialized format.

The Brave: Season 14
Dec 22, 2017
I am not a fan of procedular dramas, although I watch a few. NBC military drama is a capable time killer, but nothing beyond that. The main problem with the show is that it feels too 'been there, done that'. The cast is fine, but there's no reason to return for the characters either because in the end you don't really know anything about them. They just did their job and that is exactly what they are going to do in the next episode.

The Mayor: Season 18
Dec 22, 2017
The Mayor is the best new comedy this fall and it is the only one worth adding to your watch-list, although is not perfect. The pilot is predictable and a little **** is not a laugh-out-loud comedy, but the show will certainly put a smile on your face. Also, the cast led by Brandon Micheal Hall is a winner. All in all, The Mayor is the kind of show that fills you with optimism and makes you think that tomorrow will be better.
