Very good game for this kind of genre. The character design & voice acting is very good. All the cases are interesting and the deduction system is great. I really enjoyed it and I'm looking forward to more games of this series. Keep them coming Focus !
The Witcher 3 Blood and Wine probably the best Addon (can't really call it a DLC) ever made for a game ! So much content such a little price to pay. A lot of humor as usual with a Geralt that has to deal with characters all coming from beautiful France :) The main story and all side quests were excellent as usual. Quite frankly I didn't expect it to be this good. It got me back to Witcher after platinum and I don't regret all those hours spent in the vineyards of Toussaint.
I played that game so much ... Finished it 5 times with all types of characters experiencing all the different romance and corners of the different story lines ... One of my all time favorite and a game that made be fall in love with the whole universe, buying books, comics ... There aren't any games I can think of set in the sci-fi universe that have been able to capture that space opera feeling. All characters are interesting and makes you want to get to know them and try to help (or not ) with their problems and ahhh the romance :) Gameplay wise it was really good (despite the mako sometimes being a pain ^^) I especially loved the RPG aspect which was in my opinion too simplified in ME2 & 3. Visually amazing even still pleasant by today standards.
Awesome puzzle game !! great RPG elements. Great tactics and puzzle and in the nice fantasy universe of Might & Magic. I wish they would make a follow up
The best Far Cry game ever made! Let me give you the definition of insanity ! Excellent graphics, amazing gameplay, a dangerous open world where everything and everyone can kill you. It's quite frankly in the FPS genre something completely apart from other games. It's really enjoyable on all fronts and the humor with some characters like Hurk just makes the whole thing even more insane !!!
I felt it was way too short ! It's under Crimes and punishment in terms of overall playing time value. Too bad I liked the story and as usual the acting is great and the game investigation mechanics are fun (especially the end of each scenario when you play with the evidence and form connections in your mind). Just a not on the technical aspect I really wish the team had made a bit of an effort on some animation like climbing a ladder shouldn't be painful to watch. And I had some framerate drops in the game in some places ... shouldn't be happening.
I've played all Mafia games before and this one was a bit of a let down. The story is ok and we get the whole mafia story that we like. But for some reason it didn't feel like it because the story line doesn't is too linear. What I mean is that there is no surprises after the initial event. Why not get Donovan to turn on you, why don't you have some of the sidekicks try to take over... The other element that I felt very strongly about was the fact that all Mafia games gave law enforcement a real brain! You hit a car they chase you ! You drive in the oncoming lane they chase you! Speeding ? the same ! The best was the fact you could get away with a fine not a car chase systematically ! This feature disappearing took away one of the only specifities of the series and it's a real shame ! Bring it back ! Driving was not exceptional otherwise. Visually it's very unbalanced sometimes great especially at dawn sometimes just bad with too much flare. I also had a lot clipping and visual glitches (got a guy with white eyes ...) Other than that too much grinding and collecting and sub mission that have no interest but getting the achievement. Bring back Mafia !
So while I liked the new ideas about hacking in open world and the introduction of a new plot around how companies used data I was put away by the main character who has a sister that you would think is his ex-wife (felt like they changed the bio of the main character ...) The whole world also felt very dark and grim. Maybe the game was being a bit too serious. Other than that the gameplay is solid and any GTA fan would have a run for its money. In my opinion not too much issue with the driving it's not amazing but it does the job
I really liked playing Watch dogs 2 in San Francisco, away from the grim and gray Watch Dogs 1! WD2 is fresh, super funny, the characters are really fun to around with and you soon get **** into that little gang of vigilante. The story line and events happening in the game are interesting and some take their roots in real life so it adds to the fun :) Gameplay wise you have the option of playing stealth or full brutal (playing stealth and hacking things is the most fun ^^) Driving was ok but it's still not the strongest point of the series. It does the job though nothing more.
It's an enjoyable game in a genre that had a lot of great games that will no longer get a sequel. So on that part it's great to finally have a ski/snowboard game! The wingsuit makes for an amazing thrilling activity you'll want to retry and retry runs until you are satisfied! Visually it's awesome and the controls are simple (maybe too simples regarding the tricks) There are tons of things to do and exploring the mountain is quite easy and nice to do. I only wish there was more multiplayer options to keep it fresh and interesting.
I've tried several hours to get into but I just couldn't ... Something felt wrong, maybe the emptiness ? Maybe the lack of at atmosphere I don't know but I couldn't just get into that game which is very rare for me I usually love what Bethesda is doing. Overall I think I didn't like the world they created and presented felt familiar (a bit of a Bioshock feeling to it) and foreign and uninteresting. Same for the main character.
One of the all time best couch game! You can't go wrong if you are looking for a game to play with friends/family on the same screen! Unforgiving with the friendly fire (or friendly stomping) but so much fun gets you to communicate a lot with your team mates and there is a real sense of accomplishment when you manage to survive a tough map. Also during the game you'll have a lot of adrenaline rush when you are the last man standing and you need to pitch in the code to save everyone :) When you've been spotted by enemies and reinforcement are coming, when there is a fully armored insect coming at you and you didn't have the time to call for that missile launcher ^^ If Star Ship Troopers had been a video game it would be Helldivers !
Still to this day one of my most favorite games in general and in the series (even though I'd give a 10 to AC2) I never understood why people complained about the fact that it was repetitive. I liked how it was logical to eavesdrop on people to know about the target it made sense to investigate and made the assassination logical and built a sense of motivation as to the why you are doing what you are doing. It's one of those rare open world game where I felt deeply connected to the story line and I wanted to dig in more. I also loved the open world between the cities and racing around with your horse and all. The setting was fantastic and the free runing was just unbelievable at that time! Combat was great and you got a real sense of empowerement being an assassin. I finished that game 2 times, I got 1000G and I'd love for Ubisoft to release it again on Next gen platforms.
Very very enjoyable platform game with great gun mechanics and exploration of the map. The story is totally ireelevant as well as the voice acting you are here to kick butts, big mechs, get a nice badass armor and that's it. It's an amazing game to get especially if you get a discount. I didn't play the non remastered version so I can't say if there was a graphic bump but quite frankly who cares if you have not played it and you've always had a soft spot for old school platform/shooting games go for it it's instant classic !
I loved it it was tons of fun ! Reminded me of a Forza horizon :) Graphics all good, gameplay arcady and a good feeling as usual, very good sense of speed, great cars. I couldn't ask for more !
I've never been so disappointed by a Need for Speed game I've played them all I've platinum & 1KG most of them and this is an absolute first I just absolutely can't get into it for one major flaw. The handling... It feels I have no control of the car it goes into drift whenever it wants I can't use the hand break easily to trigger it. I'm playing NFS because the gameplay is fun, forgiving, easy to manage and I feel I have control over what I'm doing even at top speeds :( The handling has taken away all the fun for me. Too bad I liked the Night setting, reminds me of underground and the game is gorgeous. Car models and customisation are all there and the online aspects adds a bit of life in the night. If you are a fan skip this! really ...
