Description: After the explosion in a top secret U.S. laboratory, its janitor, 70 year old Harlan Williams, is affected by the release of unknown chemicals. He starts to become younger and this causes the government to be interested in his case. However, Williams becomes a fugitive and starts a hunt across the country.
