In Israel. The very evening of her wedding, Natalie, a young Frenchwoman, is accused of having killed her husband. The French state dispatched Karim, a diplomat, to the scene to help her.

The murder is reenacted by Esti and Rafi, but Nathalie's memories are blurred. Against the consul's advice, Karim continues with his mission. Several clues lead the police to Salim, a Bedouin working in the area.

Karim turns to one of his friends in France to dig into Nathalie's past in Nice; Nathalie is stuck in house arrest as her mother attempts to change her destiny.

Karim tells the police that Nathalie's ex-boyfriend Alex is still around; Nathalie discovers some strange marks on her body, and starts searching for Alex.

Nathalie can't find the answers but doesn't give up. Is she the victim as her mother claims? Karim on the other hand is convinced she is abused and leaves his duties, even if it means putting himself at risk.
