Watch this, and you'll be tuning in next week.

The people who create Eureka always seem to know how to add a few dabs of paint that no previous TV show covering time travel and electronic body transport had thought of.

"Eureka" is the sort of show that makes you want to see more of almost every supporting player - and, of course, of the show itself.

I tend not to watch it after the first few episodes of each season, because it tends to travel somewhat repetitive storytelling roads (i.e., every week, science goes awry, then science is used to fix what went awry)....I like the implications of that bigger arc, which promises more depth, which Eureka needs.

A divertingly original but awfully precious comic fantasy.

It starts jumping in different directions so quickly that it loses focus.

With its population of must-love oddballs, the series drowns its cool sci-fi concept in a flood of "Northern Exposure" quaintness.
