Kelly's (Jaime Winstone) boyfriend Riq (Riz Ahmed) fights to survive in the outside world. As the housemates come to terms with their horrifying predicament, producer Patrick (Andy Nyman) finds himself trapped in a room with an idiot.

As Kelly (Jaime Winstone) and Marky (Warren Brown) hunt for medical supplies, the situation in the Big Brother house takes a sudden turn for the worse. Meanwhile, Patrick (Andy Nyman) does something to appall Pippa (Kathleen McDermott).

Spectacular finale. As huge numbers of undead gather at the studio gates, Patrick (Andy Nyman), Kelly (Jaime Winstone) and the housemates are forced to make some agonizing decisions. Who will survive - and what will be left of them?
