Cute, creative and slick, this is one of the best new shows of the fall season.

While there are a a few too many "awkward-guy moments," there are enough genuinely sweet ones to balance them out. [28 Sep 2007, p.93]

Schwartz's good eye for characters and cutting sense of humor--makes Chuck a thoroughly enjoyable romp.

It's actually a kick to watch. Its joys are broader and self-consciously zanier than the CW series.

Plot contrivances aside, the new season of Chuck gets off to a decent start as friendships rekindle (Chuck and best friend Morgan become roommates) and new parties get involved in subterfuge.

I worry about Chuck. I see it moldering before my eyes. And it’s nobody’s fault

A charming but underwhelming pilot.... The second episode is dismal, sucking all the air out of whatever hopes you might have had for that one.

an incredibly charming cast and characters, it will make you laugh, cry and jump in excitment. The only reason i left out a point is because of the cliff hanger ending. One of thefunnest shows made for tv.

This was a fun series for all. It's especially for the semi-geek/nerd inclined. But will resonate with most people. The acting is superb, the comedy lands most of the time. And over the series even the characters you may have cringed at at the beginning get fleshed out and story arcs.
