Wolfs is classy, smart, fun, and engaging storytelling, a solid film that plays great in a full theater and could have offered audiences a nice grown-up night at the movies.

Overall, Wolfs is not breaking new ground, nor is it trying to. But it is an entertaining couple of hours at the movies. That works for me.

I love this film. Scenery plays a really big role there, with beautiful lighting and environment.

Intriguing story, clever dialogues with lots of wit. Had a good time and many laughs watching it. Dry humor hit the right spot

It’s all at the service of the Clooney-Pitt Show, and credit Wolfs for reminding you how fun the sight of these two guys running around while shooting guns, looking late-middle-aged cool and cracking wise, remains. This used to be a typical Friday night at the movies, and now it’s a rarity.

Once Wolfs leaves the hotel the charm begins to thin (though Austin Abrams has a giddily dizzy monologue as a third wheel they pick up along the way), while a last-act attempt to inject a moral dilemma into the proceedings feels false. Yet for a dad—and, let’s face it, mom—movie, Wolfs could have been way worse.

It’s a serviceable movie, nothing more but — also important — nothing less. And did we mention it has George Clooney and Brad Pitt?

The witty repartee between Clooney and Pitt feels like the only thing holding the film together.

It repeats the same joke over and over (and over again). And just when you think Wolfs might be interested in moving onto fresh new material, it attempts the same punchline again, in its 400th variation.

On passe un bon moment mais ce n’est pas super recherché. Après c’est toujours un plaisir de retrouver ce duo à l’écran malheureusement je trouve que tout est trop facile dans ce film.

Identity crisis is what this movie went through. Don't get me wrong, it's a fun movie, but that's it. Nothing memorable, and even when the penny-drop moment happens, it's like, "OK, cool, anyway." Don't expect the world out of this film because it has Clooney and Pitt in it; they do their best to push it, but they are working with limitations.

"Wolfs" (Sep 2024, R/violence, 105-mins, Apple) Look at the reviews here. We're all saying the same thing. The director and three stars are A-list. This should've been an outstanding experience. Instead, it's a phoned-in performance by all four who moonwalk away with tens of millions for what turns out to be a very low budget (after removing their monies) crime thriller. In fact, all these Hollywood A/B-listers are taking these new studios to the cleaners, and the studios don't care! They've got BILLIONS to simply throw away on their matinee idols, who in turn stage sleepwalk, turpid performances for more money than they've ever gotten. In this waste of an effort, George and Brad play to type as too-cool-for-school cleaners who exert no effort in their character portrayals. I can't tell you how many times I was so utterly bored that I just kept leaning on the skip-fwd button. Then at the very end when they try to convince each other they've figured out who set them up for this, you just don't care anymore because you're either vacuuming your floor, or playing string with your cat, or waking up the third time from falling asleep. It gets my 3 stars because the first 20-mins were ok, they spent alot of pop tunes for the soundtrack, it was good to see the possibilities **** and Brad pairing though it was a head-fake all along.

The most boring thing I've ever seen, great actors being wasted. couldn't watch more than 20 minutes.

They're not partners. They're not friends. They're... Wolfs.
