In order to make the situation more universal and existential, Raschid keeps the issues and stakes so vague that there’s no way for the characters or story to develop. The film, like its title location, becomes just another featureless box, designed to agitate and confound anyone who enters.

A reasonably well acted, directed and edited film. The plot was reasonably interesting - but, I found the moral compass of the screen play to be somewhat confusing - and, overly preachy in a tedious and self-righteous way. So I understand that many individuals feel that oppressed and disadvantaged individuals from third world countries should be allowed to immigrate to first world countries - but, I couldn't understand what this film was suggesting in regard to that issue. Perhaps if the film was suggesting that immigrant issues are un-resolvable I would take a better view of the inconsistent ideas. But, I think the film was trying to make a point and I was just not able to understand what it was. If Great Britain was a nice country it would let all disadvantaged people immigrate to their country? So, OK - just me having an issue with the moral points of the film is perhaps not that relevant. Was the pin-ball logic realistic? Because, people normally don't face issues in a highly logical concise way - especially when the moral issues are complex and there are large numbers of individuals supporting both sides of the issue yelling at each other. In that way - looking at the film from that perspective - perhaps it was realistic.
