Los Angeles Times
A compelling entertainment because of Hill and co-writer David Giler's adroit cinematic storytelling skills and the powerful presence of Wesley Snipes and Ving Rhames, whose talent and intelligence are as impressive as their physiques.

Variety
With Undisputed, writer-director Walter Hill is back in contention as one of Hollywood's last defenders of the muscular, no-nonsense genre movie.
75
Chicago Tribune
There's no denying that Undisputed delivers the action-movie goods, and so do Snipes and Rhames. It should have been more memorable, but at least it doesn't stumble in the ring.

Charlotte Observer
An unassuming, brief and cheaply entertaining boxing movie. It's long on punching and short on character, but you wouldn't go to a Hill movie to see "Raging Bull."

The Globe and Mail (Toronto)
Isn't unequivocally bad. Rather, this is what's known in the boxing world as an "opponent" -- shows up on the weekend just to fill out the card, to do battle with its betters, earn a little cash and be completely forgotten come Monday morning.

Village Voice
The movie is typical Hill-pulp: modestly scaled and efficiently cheesy.

Wall Street Journal
Mr. Snipes and Mr. Rhames get credit at least for doing their own stunts. By the middle of the film, viewers will take a certain satisfaction in each punch that lands on either of them.

COMICSTRIPGAMER
Weak character creator, weak commentary, weak graphics of career made player, weak stamina gameplay and weak Communication from dev team outside of being an influencer. This is sad as the game has its moments to be brilliant. They had a year on PC testing that console players didn't get. Naturally we all thought I year to fine tune game. Sadly that year seems wasted. Still possible for Steel City to pull this back for 12th round knock out and scream, yo community, I did it, rockyesque style

Just the build-up hype for last fight!Music and soundtrack was amazing, acting was good Wesley snipes was good.love the art work in cell, mike Tyson felt little off but the Ripstein character he was MVP amazing his love for sports he's honesty at end and his dialogues specially the F#ing speech was awesome.story and screenplay was okay.they have too many side characters which were okay, starting it felt entertaining and ending was awesome with fight but the middle act was literally boring it was just set-up to fight and drama about the prison and its characters which felt slow and boring but ending was good!Overall it was one time watch!
