(Mauro Lanari) If apparently Le Guay wants to contrast the French Enlightenment with the darkness of anti-Semitic denial, in reality he points his finger at the fragile balance of the privileged Parisian bourgeoisie, ending up making a rather superficial and confused screenplay that obviously does not lean towards Fonzic's theses, but makes the mistake of transforming them into the film's McGuffin.
