akin to eating several sodded diapers, the human surge is an overwhelmingly terrible movie. in some unknowable, arthouse zombie driveling word salad, this movie is about something complex. in reality, it's about a couple groups of people wandering around, talking about nonsense. there are many long shots of people doing regular people things while outside. i'm not sure why or how this is groundbreaking, as it is a regular occurrence for us. i'd say skip this one, or rather, chuck it into the nearest portapotty hole you can find.
