Teen Witch is an all-around delicious flick, both despite and because of the afterschool special quality of its message.

Real life is about real stuff, and Teen Witch certainly isn’t. It is a fun escape, though, even now.

Switch witchcraft for werewolves, and the hackneyed plot of Teen Witch could easily be that of Teen Wolf or a dozen others like it.

One keeps waiting for something interesting to happen in Teen Witch, but it never does. Notwithstanding its supernatural elements, the film is basically a standard teenage love story (a squeaky clean one at that) with several unmemorable musical numbers thrown in.

As a teen of the 80s myself, this movie was a refreshing time capsule and just plain fun to watch. Except for the just plain CRINGE part of her friend dancing wit the other toughs in the street with the boombox. Youll see. Fun romp, and great 80s visuals. This is a great movie to have a friend over and watch if you graduated from high school in the mid to late 80s

This was pure eighties hell for me. It was that whole yuppie brat-pack nonsense from beginning to end. This was trying so hard to be cool but all it managed was childish tripe. Nostalgia fans will be able to relate to the happy fact that it is not the eighties anymore. The film was so ridiculous. Nothing really made sense and I just didn't care. It would have been better if she had turned into a wolf instead of a witch. There is little drama and that little drama is ill conceived. Dull direction and awful style. The little brother was horrible. The rap battle was torture. Bring back Sabrina, that is what I say! Top that. A painfully eighties teenaged movie that is so childish that it becomes boring and annoying.
