It's about time that another Scream flick came along to gouge the new cliches out of their sockets. Scream 4 does it in grandly Guignol style.

The film isn't as concerned with terrifying you as it is with showing you a good time, culminating with an over-the-top climax that is simultaneously utterly ridiculous and enjoyable.

The best Scream movie. So smart, so ahead of times. It's fun and humurous but still evil and sinister, recalibrating the franchise since the more comedic third movie.

Happy 14 year anniversary scream 4 one of my favorite movies I love all the kills how bloody glory messy funny how scary shocking in the storyline was super good in the visual effects of the panel vision cameras was super good. Roger Jackson’s ghost face threatening dialogue was shocking creepy thrilling clever. Very threatening, like promises, not threats, but promises and very good delivering them. Neff, Campbell, David, Courtney, and Emma Roberts were amazing in this movie and the soundtrack for this movie was super good and the movie was a $40 million budget it made 97.2 million dollars box office box office hit and I feel like most of the money went to casting in the actual movie in a little bit advertisement and definitely a big upgrade from scream three scream four was definitely better than scream three given they were both for $40 million scream four was better 5 star 10 out 10 star 100 out 100 star

Scream 4 is so obsessed with the self-referential element that made the original Scream unique that it loses the capacity to be genuinely scary or funny.

The central conceit of the characters' fates being determined by the "rules" of horror movies feels irredeemably tired; a clever idea that was worth one movie.

The enjoyable moments are limited to Alison Brie, funny as Sidney's publicist, and the final recasting of the movie as a backstage diva drama. As ever, the self-reflexive horror stuff is superficial, loveless, and constant-a ladled-on sauce to disguise what you're eating.

All of these scream movies since the first one have pretty much been on the same level of being an ok film. The killers in this one were very interesting and I did not predict that Jill would be the main killer. Sydney is brought back to Woodsboro because of her new book, and she is yet again dragged back into the Ghostface business. This film was definitely the most brutal out of the movies and I did like the characters all reuniting once again. I would say that it is better than Scream 2, but I do not think it is better than the 3rd one. I have liked the franchise so far, and all of the movies have been really entertaining to watch.

Sidney is now an author of her stories. She on a book tour. The last stop is home after 10 years. It's that last stop when the killer strikes again. Pretty good movie after a long time. Better then part 3.

Scream 4 has the worst performances in the franchise that are not really known for having a top tier acting so you can imagine it how terrible the acting were, the returning cast also horrible but they actually could be fine if the story of Scream 4 was not this stupidly and boringly written, it is dull and non-sense film, the dialogue was so bad, it is very early 2010s vibe but if this is a completely standalone Scream rip off then it will be fine, no, this is an official Scream continuation from the original and it's an insult to the fans because Wes Craven is still directing the film, there is just so many weird and cheesy bad acting scene in the film in this very badly written story, i lost interest already in like the first 10 minutes and at the end i just don't care who is the killer, although i must say that even how much i didn't care on who's done it i still make a guess and when the reveal happen and i was wrong i was kinda appreciate it but then they explain why the killers do it and it is absolutely non-sense, Scream 4 was just a completely pure dull of a movie, one of the rules of remakes is don't f-ck with the original, and so do sequel, don't do it if it's unnecessary.
