Fantastic movie keeping true to its roots. Brilliant cinematics and storyline. A must watch for real RE fans.

Resident Evil: Vendetta is the worst movie in the animated trilogy of Resident Evil, but still has its good moments.
With his exaggerated action, a dull and insipid argument and his excellent animation and artistic direction, we have a decent movie that has taken a path that the two previous installments did not take, and that is the error.
While the two previous installments were based on the pause and a credible action, here we have action to fill trains and animations too exaggerated.

The quality of the animation and scenarios are wonderfull but the storyline is too predictable, the animations don't risk and stay comfortable on a spot all audiences like. Well... the animation has a lot of action but nothing to add on franchise. Highlights: Exagerated action scenes. Downsides: Script, overall planning and history is poor. Veredict: Good to watch, well made.

Amazing CGI at times, which is marred by a trope-driven mess of exposition based story which we have seen too many times before, just to end in a continuity destroying mess with a magic boss. Immersion is not possible for more than five minutes when they cannot decide if a weapon has infinite ammo or not, or if it is even going to eject brass.
