Al empezar a ver la película tenía una leve expectativa, ya que es la ganadora de un Óscar, y aunque en ese año por la guerra no se emitieron películas tan extraordinarias como en años posteriores, me sorprendí al ver que una película tan insípida pudiera ganar el premio. Es algo contradictorio, pero realmente no es como si la película hiciera algo terrible; de hecho, todo se mantiene relativamente estable, pero no destaca en nada en absoluto. Realmente no hay nada con lo que quedarse, y creo que ese error viene de la frivolidad de la familia: no se siente real ni cercana, es una familia alejada totalmente de la realidad, con aires de superioridad, por lo que de esa forma todo lo que sucede a su alrededor carece de interés para quien la mire. ¡Decepcionante!
