They've given their star one rotten peach of a role, and Depardieu makes the most of it. Because of him, such surreal Gallic scuzziness has rarely seemed so sweetly tender.

A quirky road-trip movie with things to say. A return to form for Depardieu too.

Too limp and scattershot to warrant anything stronger than indifference.

The movie's deathblow is the casting of poet-artist Miss Ming as Mammuth's affectless niece, whose twee verse and sculpture make Miranda July seem like a bearer of gravitas.

Despite honest marketing from "No Money Productions" unfortunately this movie adds nothing new I ain't mind about "Money Aint Perfect" Theme but I expect more significance like 2016 Hell Or High Water Movie for example.

Mammuth comedy movie has a very good idea, but unfortunately it cannot expand this idea well. A trip to the past is a return to oneself, and the result of this trip is to find a renewed passion for life. Gerard Depardieu is a powerful actor. The movie is trying to be realistic and the excessive use of camera on hand is for this reason, but the camera movements in camera on hand shots are sometimes not well designed. Although the film tries to have a realistic structure, the shots in which Mammuth remembers his girlfriend overshadows this realism.
