It’s visually lovely, and the performances are subtle, sunny and sympathetic. Camara lends a playful touch to Antonio’s Beatle-mania.

This small gem offers a lovely evocation of Spain as well as a touching tribute to an unforgettable moment in time when the Beatles seemed to offer brand new possibilities, the idea that strawberry fields might indeed go on forever.

At once hopeful and melancholy, it won't necessarily leave you with deep thoughts to think, but rather a feeling that you can't quite name but sticks in your head like a wistful tune in a minor key.

This is quite a quirky film with some fairly amusing moments. The characters are all quite likeable in their own way, particularly the main character, who seems more than a little bird brained it could be said but yet I found myself wishing the best for him. I could relate, a little, to what he says about the importance certain music, or lyrics, can have on a person. The main plot is a bit daft but I enjoyed watching it never the less. Oh and I also liked the old(ish) cars present, which are also kind of quirky in their own way too. There is some English present but its mainly a Spanish film, for the most part. I'd recommend it to fans of Spanish film and quriky films with a little bit of comedy present.

Very indie and sentimental, this is not usually my kind of film, but I like it. I should mention I'm very interested in Spain and this is the Spain version of indie and sentimental. Kind **** subject, the 3 main characters are a school teacher and 2 adolescents. The kids have issues but are simpatico. Yes, it's another movie cashing in on The Beatles, so many years later but somehow it works. I watched the trailer and decided to rent it. I'm glad I did and I recommended it to a friend.
