Description: After a devastating earthquake, Nga, an old elephant, feels the end of a world and approaching his own death. Sanra, his “mahout”, the last guardian of the immemorial site of the elephant cemetery, is preparing to make a last trip with Nga, his friend and lifelong companion. At dawn, they leave their camp and enter the jungle, pursued by a band of poachers, eager to seize the treasure contained in the cemetery. Then begins a journey placed under the sign of mourning and reincarnation, accompanied by a hypnotic monologue that takes us deep into the jungle, The poachers will all die, one after the other, in mysterious and violent circumstances.
