THE FINALS

The Finals has given me some of my favorite multiplayer moments in 2023. Whether actively engaging in vertical combat or excitedly scaling rooftops on the way to the next objective, navigating the environments feels incredible, and the thrill of watching the ground disappear from below my feet never gets old. In a year of groundbreaking video game releases, The Finals is yet another highlight.

The Finals is the kind of game that you play when you want to live an action film. You’ll most definitely find a playstyle you like in one or more of the three classes. While there are too many factors outside of player control to consider this a truly high-level competitive game, it sure is a fun time. That being said, if you’ve been disappointed by recent FPS titles, then try The Finals for some high octane gameplay.

Hellishly fun multiplayer action, standing on a well-executed class system and the destruction of everything around. It excels in both aspects. Whether you're running on walls to send enemies back to respawn with an automatic shotgun or breaking through the floor to send a guarded safe to another floor, these are some of the best gaming moments you can experience with friends. It's just a shame that The Finals, despite varied maps and special events during the game, lacks greater diversity in game modes and maps.

Bombastic fun: The Finals cannot be categorized as an online shooter. And that is really refreshing.

The Finals offers an easy-to-learn FPS playground with a strong visual identity and some of the best destruction tech I’ve ever seen. Time will tell whether it can keep an audience, but right now it’s slick.

With loadouts to assemble and coordinated teams laughing to the bank, every breath of The Finals’ destruction does justice to its game show ambitions.

Embark Studios' multiplayer shooter dazzles in the moment, but its AI voices are symptomatic of a broader issue with artistic vision.

This is an incredibly fun and unique shooter. It's propably the most underrated fps games out there. The gameplay loop, gunplay and destruction is top tier. 10/10

The game is good but it stole a little too much from Team Fortress 2 but the physics and such are good I was expecting a dead game but no the servers are full this is a good thing maybe not Half Life but this is good too

O jogo é impressionante, a destruição do cenário funciona muito bem mesmo que fique um tanto cotidiana depois de algumas horas, as armas funcionam bem e em geral é uma sólida experiência de FPS competitivo. Porém, para mim, o jogo não tem personalidade, desde o estilo artístico, aos personagens, às habilidades, às armas e aos mapas, ele tem aquele gráfico de demo e tudo é meio pasteurizado, o que não significa que seja um jogo sem opções, mas acaba que tudo recai na destruição do cenário e no uso de espuma expansiva. A progressão não me prendeu muito, prefiriria se tivessem mais armas e fossem organizadas como uma loja estilo CS, mas ao invés disso funcionam como loadouts em que você leva 4 slots de inventário e 4 de armazenamento para trocar durante a partida. O modo de jogo é legalzinho, mas acaba reduzido a tomar e guardar um ponto. Experiência sólida, mas cansativa e repetitiva.

its a joke of a minigame from a game engine demo , that went too far . it call itself a shooter, but it has melee , even a shield , and classes , and different equipment for each class, it looks more like an RPG , but very minimal . then, it wasn't to be " competitive " but , it's chaotic , and unbalanced . the netcode is horrible, u get killed after taking cover, u get first few shots bundled together , automatic weapons have recoil, but if u move u don't have as much recoil , its all just **** mess . when you finish a game, u can't just press esc , and skip the ending screen, no, u have to press space, but it takes a little bit of time, it's delayed, then u have to press again, (it must be space, u cannot press esc ) ,then u can skip 2 more screens with esc and only how u can press play again, it's just **** and shows how little the " devs " which i'm sure are almost all homosexuals, play their , " game " .it's just a huge **** mess, which doesn't know what it wants to be . oh yea, and skins ... in an FPS, as in,,, u cannot see the skins while u play, but for some reason its an important thing in the game, which shows you how everything about this game is just **** . but tiktok brain zoomers like it ....and to be honest, i just cannot keep myself away from it,it ruined my ssd with thousands of uninstalls and reinstalls .

Jeu qui a de bonnes intentions, mais qui manque terriblement d'équilibrage et d'aide pour les nouveaux joueurs, je dois admettre que le bouclier antiémeute est quand même sympa à jouer quand on est accompagné de bons teammates, j'espère que les devs vont corriger l'équilibrage, car un gars invisible qui te oneshot, ce n'est pas fun de jouer contre ça.
