Infinity Field is a pleasant surprise, a very good clone of Geometry Wars, indeed. The two game modes included provide hours of entertainment, and the developers also did a great job with controls and graphics. Definitely a very, very nice twin analog shooter for a bargain price.

As far as twin stick shooters go, Infinity Field is up at the top of the ladder.

Apart from somehow managing to be a game that looks every bit as beautiful as the title it so obviously reveres, and despite the perennial handicap of virtual thumbsticks. Infinity Field plays remarkably well.

Infinity Field offers a mind-blowing visual experience that will assault your eyes and ears and put your reflexes to the ultimate test. It might not do much to push the boundaries of the twin-stick shooter genre but it certainly perfects the concept and is a fantastic bargain for only $2.

The one spot I'd criticize are the visuals in particular. While the particle stuff on the explosions are great, I think the art comes off as a little flat.
