A good game which is fun but brutal at times! Very funny dialogue and main characters, it's charming. I enjoyed my time with the game, and might go for 100%, but this is a main story review. Go for it for fun, beautiful graphics, and kinda difficult touchscreen slashing action! Update #1: After playing the optional content like Arcades and Challenges, I bumped the score from 7 to 8. As I enjoyed collecting the trophies for it except the get the 3 stars in all challenges trophy which I ignored as it's almost impossible if you don't have computer like reflexes.

the only drawback of this game is the length of the story. otherwise the game is fun. this is a 100% touch and swipe game where you control a ninja and slash hordes of monkey zombis with your finger. i enjoyed this game a lot..

A fun phone port on the Vita. I personally don't waste my time on horrible phone gaming so i have not become jaded from the touch only controls because my mobile gaming involves Two analog sticks (Vita). Response for the slashing is good but not perfect and some of the jumping sequences can become tiresome. Overall it can be a very fun little game which is paced well, has satisfying blood effects, and decent boss battles. It does include a simplistic leveling system and a variety of special abilities which add to the enjoyment and addictiveness. As well it boasts a story mode, arcade mode, and a challenge mode which can be just that challenging all for a reasonable 3.99 price tag though i got it for 3.19 on sale on PSN. It has a nice 13 trophies including gold and silver and is surely worth the price tag. Good luck hunting ninja zombie monkeys.

This game is a phone game. You have probably encountered a very similar game if you play phone games. It will be fun for about an hour and then you will be bored by it. It works surprising well but after a while it was just tedious and I could no longer play it.

When Draw Slasher hit the store last month, Vita had been pretty light on fresh digital content in the preceding weeks (save for the wonderful Guacamelee!), so I somewhat reluctantly decided to take a stab on Draw Slasher. And while it isn't perfect, I'm delighted to say that I'm super glad that I did. I was initially, ahem drawn (I know, shoot me! No more puns, promise!) by the gorgeous backdrops, fluid animation and variety of enemies, but all the same, I must admit to harbouring reservations over the smartphone-centric swiping mechanic that lies at the heart (and title) of this terrific little hack'n slasher. As with any gamer worth his salt, I'd (almost) always take a conventional analogue stick and buttons over the Fruit Ninja-esque swipes and flicks favoured by the casual crowd, but thankfully however, that isn't necessarily the case here as the touch controls feel entirely natural and perfectly usable. Considering the pinpoint deftness that a true ninja must have in his locker, developer, Mass Creation must be congratulated for ensuring their slashing protagonist is most assuredly neat, discreet and oh so light on his feet. 8 out of 10.

This is an affordable and challenging little touch-based platformer-fruit ninja-RPG mash up. It's perfect for the touch controls of the Vita, allowing for fairly precise and satisfying movement and fighting all with one finger. The enemies present a variety of fighting challenges because for many of them you can't just slash at from the front. RPG elements allow for leveling up and some rudimentary skill trees with powers that must be used tactically. Overall, a tight little game.
