Support confirms technical bug but refuses to fix the issue. I am extremely disappointed with Steam Support. I encountered a technical bug in Dota 2 where a victory in a Low Priority match was not recorded, making it impossible to complete my penalty.I contacted support with evidence 8643288584. The support agent explicitly stated: "We have your report and will submit this information as a bug. Unfortunately, we do not adjust the number of games **** am I supposed to clear the penalty if the system is broken and support refuses to intervene manually despite admitting the bug? This is a total lack of accountability. They closed my ticket without providing any solution.

My playtime speaks for itself: 4192 hours and counting. You don't complete DOTA. You just play until you retire. It is a masterpiece of balance and design that has ruined other games for me because nothing else feels as deep or significant. If you value your free time, stay away. If you want the most intellectually stimulating competitive experience of your life, welcome to the trench. See you in the next match. Rating? 10 out of 10 but do ask me again after a losing streak.

Valve studiously avoided reinventing the wheel with Dota 2, and given how beloved the gameplay is that is undoubtedly the best thing for the game, the community, and the genre. The infrastructure for matchmaking, spectating, and everything else that surrounds actual matches is executed on a level only the best studios can rival.

Добрая гульня, але даволі таксічнае кам’юніці і амаль поўная адсутнасць магчымасці гуляць у сваё задавальненне, не хвалюючыся пра рэйтынг. Найбольш падабаецца шматслойнайсць гульні, бо кожная механіка не такая простая, як здаецца на першы погляд. Золата дзеліцца на надзейнае і не найдзенае. Урон дзеліцца на фізічны, магічны, ды чысты. І так з кожнай механікай, заўсёды ёсць другое дно.
