В ней есть действительно сильные моменты: огромный комплекс, масштаб лабораторий, отличные перестрелки с военными, мощный саундтрек и визуально красивый Xen. Когда включается музыка и начинается большой бой, игра реально оживает. В такие моменты чувствуешь драйв: бежишь, стреляешь, выживаешь, вокруг хаос, и это работает очень круто. Но главная проблема Black Mesa — отвратительная читаемость левел-дизайна. Очень часто игра не даёт понять, куда идти, что интерактивно, а что просто декорация. Вместо ощущения, что ты решаешь задачу, появляется ощущение, что ты угадываешь, что имел в виду дизайнер. Подводные секции, порталы в Lambda Core, часть Xen и особенно Interloper — это постоянная борьба не с врагами, а с маршрутом. Interloper стал худшей частью игры. Огромные залы, колбы, механизмы, конвейеры, зелёные контейнеры — визуально это интересно, но играть в это мучительно. Похожие объекты работают по разной логике: где-то надо зарядить, где-то взорвать, где-то полная зарядка работает, а где-то ломает объект. Это не похоже на хорошую головоломку, это похоже на угадайку. А баг почти в самом конце, когда персонаж перестал двигаться и пришлось использовать консоль, окончательно испортил впечатление. Xen красивый, но слишком часто раздражающий. Он выглядит как чужой, яркий, космический мир, но маршрут читается плохо, и из-за этого красота быстро превращается в усталость. Surface Tension тоже началась отлично, но оказалась слишком затянутой. Лучшее в игре — саундтрек, атмосфера, масштаб и боевые сцены под музыку. Худшее — плохая навигация, устаревший левел-дизайн, затянутость Xen/Interloper и моменты, где игра плохо объясняет свои правила. В итоге Black Mesa — не плохая игра, но и не шедевр для меня. Это амбициозный ремейк с мощными сценами, который слишком часто заставляет не наслаждаться, а терпеть. Поэтому 6/10.

Heroes of Might and Magic III is an easy 10/10 for me. I’m not really into online or random multiplayer maps — I only played them occasionally with friends. The real magic of this game is in the campaigns and carefully crafted scenarios. Especially the campaigns: long, atmospheric, and connected by a strong sense of progression, where your heroes and armies grow together with the story. It’s one of those games you always want to come back to, start a new campaign, and disappear into its world for hours.

I would rate StarCraft 2 a perfect 10 out of 10. It is a brilliant and genius continuation of the legendary first game. The story is phenomenal and kept me interested from the beginning to the end. The balance between the three races is fantastic and every matchup feels fair and exciting. The gameplay for each race is fresh, updated and very interesting, with many new mechanics. Cinematic cutscenes are incredible and feel like a high quality movie. The missions are very different from each other, so the campaign never feels boring. Multiplayer is deep and competitive, but still fun even if you are not a pro player. For me, StarCraft 2 is an absolute phenomenon of the 21st century and a true masterpiece.

I would rate the original StarCraft a perfect 10 out of 10. For me this game is not only a classic, it is a real phenomenon. When I was a child, I watched my dad play StarCraft and it looked like pure magic. Later, when I grew up, I started playing it myself and finally understood how deep it really is. The three races are so different, but the game still feels perfectly balanced. Every match tells its own story and every decision matters. The music, voices and atmosphere are still amazing, even after so many years. For me, StarCraft is not just a game, it is a piece of art. It will always be one of the most important games in my life.

I played S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Clear Sky and I would rate it 8 out of 10. I finished the game and spent about 59 hours in it. I really liked the atmosphere and the dark, dangerous world of the Zone. The locations are interesting to explore and the game feels very immersive. The dynamic faction system was fun and made the world feel more alive. Gunfights were intense and often very hard, which I enjoyed most of the time. The sound design and weather effects create a strong feeling of tension. Sometimes the difficulty felt a bit too high and some fights were frustrating. The story is not always very clear and it is easy to miss important details. Still, Clear Sky gave me a strong and unique experience in the Zone, and I am glad I completed it.

I played Fallout 3 recently and I would rate it 8 out of 10. I liked the open world and the feeling of freedom when you explore the Wasteland. The atmosphere is very strong and the music on the radio fits the game really well. Side quests were often more interesting for me than the main story. The combat system with VATS is fun and makes fights more tactical. At the same time, the graphics and animations feel old and sometimes the game has bugs and crashes. The main story is not very deep and the ending was a bit disappointing for me. Still, I enjoyed my time with the game and I think it is a good RPG. If you can accept some technical problems, Fallout 3 is still worth playing.

I finished The Witcher (Enhanced Edition). The start and the ending felt slow. The middle chapters were very interesting. Mouse based combat felt strange at first, but it works and is fun. Alchemy is deep and useful. The game is old in UI, gameplay, and graphics. Mods help a lot, but they also gave me bugs. I even lost my inventory on chapter changes and had to remove and add mods again. The world is huge, so I mostly played the main story. My score: 7/10.

I'm dropping Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. The game turned out to be dull and uninteresting, with a completely implausible gameplay .

Metro 2033 Redux is a good game that really makes you feel like you're in a post-apocalyptic metro. The story is interesting and keeps you engaged. However, the game can be too dark at times, which makes it hard to see and play. Also, some levels are not designed well, which can be frustrating. Overall, I give it a 7 out of 10.

I recently revisited the game Prince of Persia: Warrior Within, a title I first encountered back in 2006 during my childhood. Now, 18 years later, I've played it again and it's just as thrilling as I remembered. The game holds up remarkably well, offering a blend of nostalgia and excitement that few games can match. The sensation of being chased by the Dahaka remains one of the most intense and frightening experiences in gaming. The game's graphics, mechanics, and storyline are all top-notch, contributing to an immersive and engaging experience. It's fascinating to see how well the game has aged, still providing a solid and enjoyable challenge. However, it's not without its flaws. One notable issue is the game's camera angles, which can sometimes shift unexpectedly to inconvenient positions, potentially disrupting the flow of gameplay. Despite this, the game's strengths far outweigh its minor shortcomings. I give Prince of Persia: Warrior Within an 8 out of 10. It's a fantastic game that I highly recommend to both new players and those looking to revisit a classic. Its blend of action, story, and atmosphere is something truly special, and it remains a standout title in the gaming world.

Played 'A Way Out' with a friend, rated it 8.5 out of 10. Great coop where you need to constantly work together. The plot is captivating and sometimes completely unpredictable. The gameplay is diverse, never a dull moment. Excellent game for two.

Space Rangers 2 is simply stunning! Text quests, ground battles, galaxy travels all shine.

GTA IV offers an engaging story and immersive world, capturing the essence of Liberty City. 7/10
