Running with Rifles4

I found the game rather tedious in single-player campaign mode, with its constant enemy respawn mechanic. The list of weapons and vehicles on the game’s official Wikipedia page shows a whole bunch of them, but after a few hours of playing, I didn’t get to try out very many - enemies rarely drop anything special, and the system for purchasing gear at specific locations on the map just didn’t win me over... I didn’t play multiplayer. A plus for the humorous take on the subject, with funny dialogues between soldiers on the battlefield and the playful music playing in the game.

The shooting mechanics feel great, and the maps are interesting. Plus, the matchmaking system really brings together players with similar playstyles. Cons: too much resource grinding.

I like the graphics, music, and base building, but gathering more and more resources starts to get boring after a while, and the shooting mechanics aren't really that fun.

Very small / no changes when compared to COH2. Campaign also not really entertaining... Missed potential.

Really good game that you need to learn to survive - difficult but fair. Gave me chills like when playing Dead Space ;)

Rather boring game with not many decisions that are also shallow in the long run...

Planetary Annihilation: TITANS8

Really good RTS on a scale where we can fight on an entire planet and more often - plenty surrounding planets sending units from one to another. Many units to be build and controlled (vehicles, air, robots, naval and space) and plenty of buildings to be constructed. I've played >20h in cooperative multiplayer with a buddy against AI and total >30h because there is a single player as well.

DOOM 3 BFG Edition7

I've had more fun with Doom 1 and 2 included in the Doom 3 BFG Edition. Doom 3 is too long as the gamplay is almost the same for the 80% of the time. And the shotgun in Doom 3 **** - no damage, no fun to use this gun.

F.E.A.R. 2: Reborn3

I'm fan of the F.E.A.R series, but this DLC was boring. Contains inexpressive locations, story without real content and it's overall short in terms ****. It was worth not much than 1,5€ I've paid in some promo... ;)

Not so scary, not so climatic as the previous two parts. But the story of two small brothers was interesting for me and gameplay was simply fine.

Nicer graphics, nicer locations, nicer audio - good successor of F.E.A.R 1 with its extensions :)

The F.E.A.R. Perseus Mandate game is still playable on 2020 at Windows 10 after FPS fix applied. There is also fix for a too small subtitles on high resolutions, so... have fun after 13 years from the game's premiere :).

There is also fix for a too small subtitles on high resolutions, so... have fun after 15 years from the game's premiere :) From what I think you will most likely buy the main game with two DLCs in one purchase nowadays.

I finished it but... it wasn't what I expected from the game with so many good opinions. My main complaint is about user interface and the way how we manage our character inventory and skills. Simply it was cumbersome for me. I have discovered also that I don't like RPG games without really open world. And here you won't find such... But still you can give it a try :)
