Hollow Knight is a 2017 gem made by Team Cherry and social commentary on the Barack Obama presidency and its legacy and modern impact on modern America. The protagonist, Hollow Knight, must navigate a failed kingdom comparable to the failed America we all had to navigate after Obama's presidency. Like Obama, the Hollow Knight has a sword that he uses to bounce off of enemies and save the kingdom. In the end, you redeem yourself by becoming the new king of Hollownest, similar to how Obama redeemed himself by becoming the president. However, Obama had to do a lot of backtracking through America and visit all the same parts over and over to build up support from American citizens. Likewise, the Hollow Knight has to run around the same areas over and over which knocks this game down to an 9. Still great commentary though.

Wii Party is literally the best party game of all time, way better than Mario Party will ever be, and yet they've slandered this masterpiece for no real reason. The game is fun af. I think the real issue is that game critics have no friends so they think the game is worse than it actually is. I want to play this game.

Oh my god... What can I even say... 2020's Animal Crossing: New Horizons is a game that is very different from its predecessors. To make an analogy: If the old games were like pizza, this is a calzone. There are similarities, but they are still very distinct from each other. But this analogy falls apart in one area: calzones are still made by Francis Ford Coppola, BUT THIS GAME IS NOT!

FINALLY THEY GOT FRANCIS FORD COPPOLA TO DIRECT AN ANIMAL CROSSING GAME! He made 'em an offer they couldn't refuse and got his spot in the director's seat for the first time since the Godfather Part III (although I've never seen that movie). His influence shines through in every part of the game. First of all, the weeds of Wild World are massively toned down since this game came out 8 years later, meaning there hasn't been as much time for weeds to accumulate in my town. But also, Tom Nook is clearly inspired by crime boss Michael Corleone. Nook's corruption peaks in this entry, as he scams the player with really expensive houses. They also made him have a more sinister personality which I really appreciated. My only problem with this game is that it lost some of the charm that the other games had, but it's still a masterpiece in my eyes.

Well, at least it's not a 1 out of 10, right? This is another Animal Crossing snoozefest, doing very little to innovate from what Wild World did. The most egregious part is that they didn't even TRY to get Francis Ford Coppola for this one, which insults my intelligence. I heard from Nintendo Power that Coppola actually WANTED to do this one and they turned him down. WHY?

Yeah, I know that a lot of people love this game, but it definitely could have been a lot better. The problem is that they were originally gonna get Francis Ford Coppola as the director for this game, but he was busy with the Godfather part III (which I've never seen), so he had to be replaced with some other guy instead. And the other guy clearly didn't understand how to make a good game, because this game is riddled with glitches and bizarre decisions. For example, there's this glitch where you will NEVER receive oranges unless you start with oranges or peaches. Stuff like that makes the game unplayable compared to modern games with microtransactions.

I feel like this game would have been better if it was directed by Francis Ford Coppola, who also directed the Godfather. Put simply, this game is extremely unappealing in 2023. Outside of the graphics, which are awful but also aged surprisingly well for a DS game from 2005, it's just not possible to go back to this game because your town will be filled with **** weeds. Let's face it: If you played this as a kid, you probably haven't touched it since 2010. That means weeds have been growing in your town for 13 long years. It would take a while to pluck them out. I get that this game might have seemed great back when it came out, but it hasn't aged well. Because now there's a ton of weeds in your town.

I was playing this game with my ex-girlfriend and it was downright AWFUL. First of all, the ENTIRE GAME is basically just a roll of the dice, which means you get completely **** through no fault of your own. This game was so bad I literally punched a hole in my wall when I lost 3 games in a row. The prison system in this game is downright cruel to players who can't roll a 3 and really insensitive given how dangerous and oppressive America's prisons are. Just like real capitalism, this game is downright unfair and unfun. I broke up with my girlfriend for playing this with me and won't be buying any games in this series again.

I can't deny that this game has its problems, but it's a lot better than most modern games which have microtransactions. This was the golden age of video games.

The graphics would be great but lean a bit too heavy on blood and decapitation for my liking. I love the unique art style and clearly a ton of effort was put in, but the amount of blood in this game is truly disgusting. As for the game itself, it's quite fun but it hasn't aged well.

Overrated af. 5 horrible motion games that are overly simplistic. This game may have been impressive back in 06 when motion controls were new, but it simply isn't fun in today's world. DO NOT buy this game if you are looking for wii classics. Buy games like Mario Galaxy, Zelda Skyward Sword, Super Smash Bros Brawl, Metroid Prime 3, Wii Party, etc. Those games are all classics and far more fun than this simplistic piece of garbage. However, it still gets an 8 because it was an important game for its time and introduced many people to one of the greatest consoles of all time.

What I wanted was a fun game to play with my family. What I got was a bad game that wasn't fun. Put simply, Mario Party is a tired old idea that was never fun to begin with. The minigames **** and are all clunky and boring. The board is basically entirely luck based except it takes 5000 years. Wii Party is a great party game if you want one of those, and it doesn't take 5000000 years to get through a game. Plus, this game doesn't even have playable Wario.

Look, I hate this game as much as the next guy, but a 4.9 is a little low. The game isn't fun, it's primarily played by annoying children, and I'm tired of being asked for v bucks from my little brother, and the art style is horrible and it spawned an infuriating wave of awful battle royale games. However, the shooting mechanic is actually pretty creative and fun and I think people just hate this game for being popular, whereas I hate it because it ****. So yes, I give this game a 10 to balance out the hate.

This game singlehandedly killed the Gamecube. The collision works... less than half the time. I was speedrunning this steaming pile of **** and I literally clipped through the wall in one of the secret stages and died as a result. Why would ANYONE like this game? One word: nostalgia goggles. Take 'em off, people. This game is worse than 64, worse than galaxy, this is the sonic 06 of the mario series and I am very disappointed.

I haven't played this game, but it basically ruined the Switch and had an immensely negative impact on gaming culture. First of all, Smash got 100 times worse when it got flooded with Xenoblade fans. Pyra/Mythra are not only oversexualized, they are also annoying as **** and the most broken characters ever. If you like eating **** and committing war crimes, this might appeal to you, but this does not tickle my fancy.

Wahaha! This wonderful Warioware classic is defined by one new feature: The ability to play as Wario and his zany, diverse cast of comrades. Each character has distinct abilities and a distinct design. Here are some examples: Wario: Wahaha! It's a me, Wario! I'm the best! Wario has a horizontal attack that can be very powerful and effective Jimmy: The most effective character in the fighting mode and a snazzy guy. You can make him dance 5 Volt: All over the place in terms of how good she is. She is overpowered in some games whereas others are unwinnable for her. She's very attractive and is the size of the average human mother.

I can go on about the merits of this game: fluid controls, challenging bosses, a deep, mysterious atmosphere. It has a ton of content and I honestly enjoyed every second of it. Unfortunately, it is heavily weighed down by its simplistic and cartoonish graphics which trivialize the whole message of the game. I want to praise this game and show it to my friends but I feel uncomfortable doing that knowing that it looks like a game made for children. It feels like they went with the cartoony art style to save costs, but it brings down the experience so much that what should have been a 10/10 goes down to a 7. I would recommend this game if you really like metroidvania games but older players would probably prefer more mature games like Call of Duty or Halo.

**** this game. All you do is run around in circles doing mindless QTEs with no choice whatsoever. The graphics ****. The controls are slow and boring. The game is simping for androids and trying to convince people that AI can be human too when in reality AI is very dangerous and must be stopped. Anyone who likes this game only likes it because they are awful at video games and want to basically watch the **** movie ever.
