Oh boy this has gotta be one of the biggest screw ups ever. So firstly the guys who bought the game got screwed flat and simple, uplay is required to run the game and it's broken for alot of players making it impossible to install the game to begin with. Secondly the game has day 1 dlc in the form of "deluxe" edition ripping out roughly 2-3 hours of game content. Ironically the pirates got the game out 3 days earlier then release and there's already a uplay crack allowing players to skip the whole uplay process making the game actually run. Now onto the game putting aside the fact that it runs like trash on amd cards, the game is quite literally a gta clone, the hacking aspects are supposedly the highlights of the game but there's not really anything there. You can scan for profiles blow up/hack things but the game itself feels like a modded version of gta. The story is mediocore typical guy's family member dies, hunts down the culprits. What annoys me the most is that the game's world has nothing that makes it attractive, there's no interaction with others in the world outside of robbing their banks and a basic mechanic of stopping crimes before they start which quite literally is go to the area find the guy wait till a bar glows red then chase after him. The hype is honestly not worth it, it's just an average game with a mediocre story and honestly from the hours I've played I'd rather just play gta 4 again.
for 4 dollars there's no reason not to pick it up the story in the game is incredible and the song perfectly suits the mood but unless you've played deeper into the game you won't understand the truth behind the story. The first few playthroughs will be a simple level up grab items then fight and kill the demon lord as you access other dimensions you'll begin to run into npcs who slowly divulge their part of the story and eventually what came to be a simple hero defeats demon lord story turns into a much deeper tale. The game will require you to die multiple times in ur journey that's normal with each death you gain points to improve your character and which allows you to transfer over equipment from a previous death meanwhile unlocking perks classes and modes allowing you to bring over exceptionally powerful items or key items over for subsequent playthroughs some of which are required to achieve the true ending. To those reading this this game is not meant to be played in a simple one game playthroughs you are suppose to repeat playthroughs in order to come across more lore via npcs, so to the people who've only played it once and assume the game's over play it again there are 3 different endings which are slightly changed based on the difficulty as well as flavor text for each of the npc if you get their affection towards you up. The reviewer who claims this game is unforgiving is frankly incompetent at his job, its a roguelike its suppose to kill you, you gain points after each playthrough to improve your character and frankly the first 2 modes that come unlocked are extremely easy in comparison to the harder difficulties. The game will not instantly kill you unless you run left, anyone who claims this is unforgiving should quit gaming to play neopets, its entirely fair and even if the map generated isn't that beneficial the game gives the players 2 incredibly powerful abilities the first of which gives u freezes time for everyone but yourself allowing you 3 free turns and is usable 5 times a journey. the other is reliant on which class you're using but gives you a massive boost to combat such as increasing healing damage combo rates.
garry's incident all over again this time the company has decided to spam on twitter claiming the email of them threatening TB is photoshopped and were stupid enough to link to a video by an employee proving that the email was real. Censoring criticism of their game as well as silencing people on their steam forums why would you ever give money to this type of company with their awful practices. Go pirate this game if you want to try it it's horrible and but don't take my word for it look at tb's review video which they removed because their game was so terrible that's all the proof you need good day.
pretty good game third person shooter with an emphasis on collecting materials to create better weapons. Unfortunately the game has several severe problems which i hope get gets issued in the future. Firstly the game is p2w you can buy all the equipment you want for the real currency BUT for the most part it's "all" available from farming. Problem with this logic is that there are a few items including arguable the best warframe in the game vauban which aren't available from anything but alert missions which occur randomly every 40-70 minutes that drop blueprints from it and even then the chance of that mission giving a blueprint is next to nothing as of this post i've played the game for 150 hours and i've only seen the blue prints for a single piece of the frame being dropped and u need 3 pieces. Secondly the game requires catalyst or reactors to increase mod slots which are only available from paying real currency or extremely rare alert missions and aren't available anywhere as a drop. The equipment/warframes bought from the cash shop come preinstalled with one forcing players to pay or trade for real currency in order to actually maximize their equipment for end game otherwise ur losing out on half ur mod slots. Yes there is trading unfortunately this is horribly done firstly the trading system only allows u to trade mods, platnium which is the real currency and void keys. The 50 platnium given at the start of the game are untradable what this does is create a market where unless u've gotten platnium from someone else you can't purchase anything. As a result the trade chat is degraded to hundreds of sellers and few buyers making trading utterly useless since most mods aren't worth enough to even be a single plat. Lastly the biggest problem i have with this game is simply there is no reason to go solo, a single key will bring in 4 members of ur party, there is no difficulty increase like in other games and the difficulty of end game dungeons is easily circumvented by simply looking into the recruiting chat and joining a party of 4. This makes gearing up feel unsatisfying as u've probably already played the maps where you actually need to gear up in a party already making it a bit pointless to solo content. In order to fix this the game desperately needs maps that only allow soloing content as currently there's no incentive to do so over simply partying with someone else. The game's repetitive grinding and recycling the same 5 game modes might turn some players off but it is a f2p game so worth giving it a shot just don't be too disappointed
the game has a solid and fun combat system however for 15 dollars it should have much more then just that. aside from the visuals the gameplay never changes and is literally the same gameplay repeated with different stages without any real progression or change. The lack of online multiplayer aside, there's nothing to keep you interested in the game and it's definitely not worth 15 dollars as alot of gamers will be easily bored after an hour or two session of the game.
Quite a good diabloish title with its own unique twist on the genre. The game itself has an enormous amount of depth and due to the way the gem system is implemented it's possible to use any skill in the game on a separate character allowing players to level a character and bring over their skills should they ever want to do so. The game also allows a ridiculous amount of customization when it comes to character builds to the point where it's viable to use a ranger to create a 2 handed charging swordsman due to their increased dexterity. Unfortunately this game also has some problems firstly it's really hard to understand and get into the game from the start. the passive tree is a huge mess for newcomers which means most likely the first and second character may become throw aways due to bad point distribution and while there are refund orbs it's generally faster and easier to simply recreate a charecter then purchasing enough to reset an entire tree. Second the game has no auction house and currency instead it uses different orbs that each have a use in improving equipment as tradable currency this makes it very hard for newbies to effectively trade for what they want without getting scammed or being clueless on the matter as well as making it very difficult for players who don't use fanwebsites to purchase items.
game's quite good for what it is an actual survival zombie game, the game has several unique mechanics one of which is that you don't play any single survivor instead you rotate between different survivors due to rest and fatigue. The game has a predictable and bland plot typical government screw up creates zombie apocalypse but what really makes the game shine is the gameplay. as stated previously you are forced to rotate between survivors as repeated use of one survivor will lead to him/her becoming tired, the game has a series of different characteristics for each survivor some of which are useless while others are extremely useful in combat or recruiting new survivors. The game also features perma death and due to the way characters are leveled as they can only be trained when they are controlled it becomes terrifying to lose your main character to a zombie and be forced into using a weaker and sometimes incompetent charecter in its place. The biggest problem with the game however is that the gameplay is fairly repetitive go out gather supplies come back or listen to a call for help from a survivor or a neighbour and rush to aid them. Another big problem is that guns are utterly useless in this game anything outside of headshots is extremely uneffective against zombies that combind with the fact that ammo uses a large amount of slots in ur inventory and is fairly expensive makes melee almost exclusively the best choice. Lastly the game has a horrible system when it comes to using allies, firstly it charges you a large amount of influence which is the ingame currency to bring that ally along if any quest is initiated while you have a companion along they immediately return to the base making the investment utterly useless which basically includes every activity in the game outside of gathering supplies. Lastly this game has a real time calender event implemented meaning each day that passes by you could lose character by simply not having enough food in reserve and there doesn't seem to be a way to disable it. this is extremely frustrating if you just so happened to stop playing for a week or so only to come back and find a few members of your community died.
the game is fairly good but do not support this company. the game is littered with micro transations for a paid copy game and the progression is intentionally slowed to a grind to encourage micro transations do not support this practice.
pretty good game the combat is fun the bosses are well made and there's even a rank system that grants you bonus stats depending on how well you did against the boss. The game however has 2 massive problems first off some of the puzzles later on are just plain ridiculous and need absolute precision to get through, second the game lacks a complete map all you have are maps of the area you're in which makes it annoying to find out where to go if you need to go somewhere aside from a town which each have transportation connected to each other. As of this review i've played about 6 hours of the game and there's a certain boss that teleports randomly and if he goes into a certain location the fight becomes impossible to complete because not only does it force you to preform the platforming puzzle to climb back up it's impossible to do so when said boss enters a certain phase and begins shooting lasers through the room which knock u off the platform.
do not support this company they've gone out of their way to not only make a broken game but proceeded to file copyright infringement on various youtube channels that gave negative reaction to their broken game. Do not support this kind of company that can't take criticism they do not care about you or the gaming industry they care about their sales.
new generation of graphics better looking characters more graphics and a total and unnecessary revamp of a perfectly fine system. The new disguise system is almost a joke and pointless, the episodic missions just ruin the fun of having a big map to roam around in as it essentially cuts it up into 3-6 different sequences where even if you screw up in a previous one it has 0 impact on the next at least we got our fan service
the game has a pretty interesting premise and the character and art are quite well done but the game play mechanics are just god awful. The game is a strategy tactics game that goes out of it's way to overcomplicated the game which not only frustrates you for the first couple hours you play it's compounded by how ridiculously slow the combat takes. Even with animations and movements off you'll still be wasting several minutes on random mob encounters which are quite numerous not to mention the game has a quest location which also drags in random mobs. Luckily there's an autoplay for the combat which allows you to get by it without torturing yourself but what it ultimately leaves you with is reading a visual novel with large breaks in between to wait through the combat.
it's a cute puzzle game about a chick the cute animals are totally worth the purchase itself aren't they just adorable buy it for him that adorable chick on the cover so we can have more.
ai is mentally handicapped and turn rotations take forever those damn "critics" have clearly never played more then a few hours **** or don't realize that you need enemies in a total war game not brainless ai that don't bother to attack.
great game you could spend a whole week nonstop playing and you'd still have fun things to do in the game. The only real problem is that there's a mechanic with the companion where if u equip them with weapons or bombs they randomly drop them resulting in your huge treasure trove of weaponizes suddenly disappearing without you noticing. The morale/relationship system and better story writing makes this game better then it's predecessor by far The game even features a hardcore mode with perma death on your companions and requiring you to constantly eat which is great for those who want a challenge
Amazing game, there's tons of things to explore and the game is incredibly enjoyable with or without friends. The only real problem i have with it is the annoying mechanic requiring you to build a house for an npc sometimes not telling you what you're missing.
This game lacks so many features of typical mmos it's hardly even a skeleton ****. You'll be spending hours grinding on fetch quest with nearly every quest being identical go here kill or gather a certain amount of quest items dropped from monsters repeat sometimes with some boring dialogue inbetween to try and add in a story. The combat is simply clicking a single button repeatedly over and over to do more damage. if you can get past the first 30ish levels you'll be able to promote your class to the next tier problem is the game has no refunds, so if your placed points into skills to simply test them out guess what your screwed and stuck with that build unless you pay for in the cash shop. There's 4 job classes in the game that gather materials off the corpses of enemies to make items on paper it seems nice having a huge variety of different items for each job, problem is that every item in that list are horribly generic and do the same thing as something made previously except slightly better. The loot is boring the only thing remotely interesting is the card system which is used to insert cards into equipment but that's also fairly limited. Avoid spending money on this game wait until they either add new content or completely remake the game as it is right now it's horribly dull and repetitive.
