This game made me cry. With stylish Chinese ink painting visuals, Laughing to Die unfolds a hard-hitting realistic story from the perspective of a little girl at the funeral of her grandmother, revealing a lifelong tragedy. The narrative, well-layered and highly satirical, addresses some serious social issues such as human trafficking, gender discrimination, and ancient Chinese superstitions. It is one of the best narrative games I've played in years. I can't recommend this game enough.
A super fun 2D puzzle platformer built around the buttered cat paradox meme. It’s pretty common to see games built around a fun meme or image, but it’s rare to see one executed so well. Some of the puzzles in this game are really impressive. Plus the cat is cute and will meow if you press R. Total gem.
Idle + coin pusher sounded like a cool combo, but the devs didn’t really nail either part. Feels super poorly made in a lot of ways. Kinda sad honestly. Sill waiting for someone to make a proper coin pusher game.
This game hits hard. I barely know anything about Ecuador or soccer. But everything about this demo is so natural, intimate, nostalgic, well-directed and perfectly paced. It makes you feel like you are playing through a Paolo Sorrentino's film. The best one. You won't regret giving it a try if you are into narrative adventures. Just incredible.
A weird mix of match-3, TPS, 3D platforming, and some light physics sim, but somehow everything clicks and turns into a surprisingly solid, super fun co-op party game. Some levels low-key got that Nintendo vibe. Perfect for friends or family on Saturday nights. 9/10.
