An absolute gem. Pure fun. If you are interested in something that focuses on the gameplay, look no further.

I would not pay a full price for it, but if you can get in on sale, then you might want to try it out. NS version has very buggy city interface, but I only once encountered a serious problem during a run. My biggest beef would be that the game is just too easy. You have to do a lot of runs before things pick up the pace and I had trouble keeping myself invested in unlocking new gear.

Had fun initially, but the formula quickly runs out. I finished the game on the second run and discovered that nothing that you unlock brings anything to the table. I hope they will make a second installment and spend more time on design.

I really tried to like it, but it's just a bad game. It feels like a chore when it's good, and it is unbearable when it gets bad.

I cannot give it more in good faith, but it shows that it was made by people who love games and it's simply fun to play. It reminded me of all those one-map-rpgs that people used to make in Warcraft 3. This game promises you nothing grand, but instead delivers a bit of innocent fun with the genre.

Add one point if you are a kid. I can't remember when was the last time I was sad that the game ended and I cannot spend more time with the characters. It's a bit repetetive, but immensely fun. City-building was very impressive.

Other than the graphics being good, this "game" has not much going on. The first one was much, much better. 5h gameplay, non-compelling story, half of the time the button inputs don't even matter. Take the worst features of both a video game and a movie, and you will end up with Hellblade II.

I cannot decide between a 6 and a 7. For a game, it has very simplistic mechanics. First half is mostly just running through a corridor pressing a button when prompted. It's hard to even call those QTEs, because they are so easy. There are a few open space locations, but those are tiny and there is not that much to do. Second half has some shooting and driving, but it's also not very exciting. The few times you will have competitive mini-games, rubberbanding spoils the fun. You could try to interpret this piece of media as a TV series, but then it falls flat, because the story is as basic as it could get. I played some Quantic Dream titles in the past and this game just does not live up to the standard. Giving it a 6 would be punishing, since it's still better than most of the modern games, but don't expect too much.

Once every few years a game comes out, that is simply perfect. Even if you don't like that particular genre, you just cannot point to any weak element. Unicorn Overlord is one of those games. The attention to details is staggering. Astounding graphics and animations, beautiful music, addictive game mechanics, huge world, tons of characters and stuff to unlock. This is a game that keeps on giving and each time I played it I discovered some new tiny thing that was meticulously crafted and majority of people probably won't even notice it. Then again, no matter where you look, there is something like that in this game. Perfection.

I expected some over-hyped B title. Boy, was I wrong. This game is solid, top-tier in almost every aspect. There are just a few games like that on PS5. Love it.

Don't let the look deceive you. This is a solid game. This is how games should be. In good faith, I cannot give it more points, because it's short and the visuals are sometimes hindering the gameplay (can't see the traps). Still, I had a lot of fun and could not put down the controller. It was made by a single developer and you can buy it for pennies. Give it a try.

There is no game. This is not even an asset flip, because the assets look really ugly. It would be a walking simulator if there was actually anything to look at, but in this state one cannot call it a game. One would guess that under those conditions at least the characters are good? Nope. Protagonist is insufferable, a lot of NPCs that you meet are there just to make a political point and all the dialogues feel awkward and forced. Story would be passable, if not for the discord stemming from bad characters. Music is pretty good, but it cannot save the "game" by itself.

Game mechanics are too simple, getting new cards does not feel rewarding at all. Tries to be forcibly funny and it oscillates between embarrassing and downright creepy. There were very few moments that made me genuinely smile. Story can be just brushed aside. It's not a terrible game, but nothing to be excited about.

Slow and boring at the beginning, but once it gets rolling it's REALLY GOOD. Great setting/lore and compelling gameplay. One of the best rougelites out there. Long loading time at the start of run on NS, but constant frame rate on docked mode (did not try handheld).

Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty

I replayed the base game once more before touching the expansion. First time I finished it after the initial launch and it was rough, but it has it's charm. Phantom Liberty has none of it. It's a slap to the face for anybody that bought it and cannot refund it.Please don't buy this game if you have no way to get your money back. Think about every thing that is wrong with current game dev, extract the essence and you will get Phantom Liberty. Ok, except **** characters are completely unlikable. Desperate, I tried skipping dialogue and just enjoying the gameplay, but it turned out that If I want to freely explore, I will get shouted at in a condescending voice. Then again, a lot of the "gameplay" is just walking along a linear path and jumping from time to time. New skill tree consists of 10 skills, personally found it to be useless. If you don't feel bad enough about paying for this overpriced mess, then you can go talk to the CEO and some dev on the first market. Yes, they did a self insert, probably just so they can laugh at you in the game as well. There are also the bugs, some game-breaking, but you know, it's Cyberpunk, so if this would be prohibitive for you, then you would not consider buying this in the first **** the upside - the new locations looks pretty nice. Got some different feel than the rest of the game. Shame it's so hard to enjoy them. Last game from CD Project RED that I bought. Tried to defend them in the past, but enough is enough.

If you are allergic to bugs, it's not a game for you. Half of the time some enemy will float in the sky and I'm pretty sure that some skills do not do what is described. The numbers are made up and will change at random for no apparent reason. The weird thing is - I just had so much fun with this one. You can feel the spirit of Diablo 2 living inside it. It's probably not going to be a game to which you will come back, but if you have a second player for local coop, then it's a blast.
