I was sent a review copy of this game and the laziness is glaring. Somehow this game is worse than Madden 20 because the developer insisted on removing features already in place within older games of the series. Really just shows that EA is only making these games as a desperate attempt to grab cash.

Speaking as someone who has never played the original game and for the most part has stayed away from Naughty Dog games - TLOU2 is an OK game. It looks absolutely amazing running on my base model PS4. Many aspects of this game are very polished however, it doesn't really do anything more than what has already been done in other video games. I find the story to be somewhat lacking but that may be because I don't have an emotional tie to the story's characters since I never played the original game. I find the soundtrack and audio design to be top notch. Some of these zombie sound effects are extremely terrifying.
