The good: +The combat? The fugly: -RPG like system with health points and powerups that are unlocked after new stages grinding (in original, those were available almost immediately). -Unnecessary spike in difficulty without much of a purpose.. -Still no story (gibberish nonsense). -The same roster of weapons, enemies. -The gameplay and stages become too repetitive after an hour in. Tedious way to milk off first game success. I wish the devs introduced many new features and at least some slight changes to the gameplay and overall variety, but nah, it's the same rehashed cr*p. Threat it like OG's endless and mindless killing expansion rather than something worth for the buck.

The good: +Satisfying introduction into PC building. +Sufficient variety of licensed manufacturers. +Tech shop like business simulation. +Decent troubleshooting mentoring. The bad and fugly: -The AI customers don't really know what they want. -Technical issues (stutters, FPS drops). -Tedious accept-troubleshoot-order-install/rebuild/fix-send cycle, more demanding unique tasks would be appreciatable. -Texture and shading quality on parts are very low. -Lacking more gameplay features like building competition or overclocking tournaments.

The good: +Graphics. +Car handling. +Soundtracks. +Unique rosters for both campaigns. +Different gadgets. +Intense atmosphere. The bad and fugly: -Mediocre physics. -No story. -No open world.

The bad and fugly: -Native locked 30 FPS and technical issues with upper mid-range PC. -Still broken AI. -RPG like speedboost grindfest. -Gibberish plot. -Limited vehicle roster. -Sponge physics (apart from handling). -Poor man's Hot Pursuit sequel that doesn't introduce anything new to the table.

The good: +Graphics and cinematics. The bad and fugly: -Weak audio design. -Tedious story and souless character development. -Absolutely garbage gunplay. -Bullet sponge enemies. -Boring rehashed car chase scenes from BF4. -Lackluster map design. -Obtuse AI teammates. -Operator restricted weapons choices. -Poor attempt at copycating Battlefield series.

The good: +Carbon + Most Wanted atmosphere and sufficiently addictable group play. The bad and fugly: -AI rubberband and vehicle paper physics. -Pay 2 win and atrocious cash/RNG loot grindfest. -Limited customization. -The world is soulless: no open world cop chases, no side activities or story mode. -Unoptimized pile of **** (infinite stuttering and FPS drops with upper mid-range PC). -Cheaters and exploiters (like infinite solo pursuit bot generating millions upon millions of CST). -The customer service non-existent.

The good: -Level design -Soundtrack (debatable) The bad: -Puzzle grindfest -Clunky gunplay -Character renders -Atrocious writing (RE had it's cringey moments, but not this bad) -Tedious and unnecessary cutscenes -Stims and magazines refilling management becomes a headache overtime -Glitches everywhere. Daymare 1998 requires a cr*pton of polishment, if the devs will to continue to support it overtime then it could evolve into a magnificent RE esque survival series of it's own and possible spawn a sequel with bigger funding.
