Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode II3
May 17, 2012
Sonic 4 Episode 2 is no different from the first one. When it comes to bad physics, bad level designs, and just an overall poor presentation, this game is worth a 30%

Sonic Mega Collection Plus8
May 17, 2012
Sonic Mega Collection Plus is a great deal for Sonic fans, especially old school ones. This collection has mostly great games (namely Sonic 1, 2, and 3) but also has some bad ones (Sonic Labyrinth). But overall, the controls are great and it is a huge steal for any Sonic collector or any gamer in general. That is why this game deserves an 86%

Super Street Fighter IV9
May 15, 2012
This game is the best portable fighting game to date. Although the game has forced touch controls, you still have the same game from the PS3/360 at the palm of your hands. Not to mention the great online and the fact that the game is in 3D. This is a must have for 3DS owners.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 34

This game is a recycled piece of crap. I'm sorry, but the campaign is nothing new and the multiplayer is nothing new. I would stick to Black Ops if I were you.

Shadow the Hedgehog10
May 14, 2012
OH NO, a positive Shadow the Hedgehog review? I am prepared for the hate. Regardless, Shadow the Hedgehog was released in 2005 and is the first Sonic related game in which the protagonist is not Sonic the Hedgehog and is a character introduced in Sonic Adventure 2. The purpose of the game is for players to find out more about Shadow than they originally knew of in SA2. This information includes Shadow's past such as how he was created and more details about Maria. When it comes to the actual story, it gives you a different feel in each of the different sides you choose. I believe players disliked the story because they didn't want a different style in which you can play through different outcomes and have increased replayablility. Now let's get into the gameplay. Many people found the gun concept to be "Pointless", the speed of Shadow to be too slow, and the performance of the game graphics wise, but I found none of those to be an issue. the guns bring variety to the series, Shadow runs just as fast as Sonic and runs as smoothly as in SA2, and the graphics were not bad. Heck, even the split screen I found fun playing with my friends. The only minor issue I found within the game was, well, nothing. Overall, don't listen to the other reviewers unless you prefer everything to be the same rather than variety. That is why this game deserves a perfet 100.

Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City6
May 14, 2012
Resident Evil has created fantastic memories with many gamers from around the world. Because of its success Capcom tried in the past to try switching around the formula. The results ended in a bad gameboy color game, an online specific type Resident Evil game for the PS2, and an on-rail shooter for the Wii and by letting Slant Six Games take control of this project. We have another mediocre third person shooter in the market. I believe the idea sounds great. Instead of seeing Raccoon City through the eyes of a select few, watch as the outbreak is happening right then and there as Umbrella operatives try to cover up their company's mistake. But the execution falls short within the games basic ideas. You (and three other people if you choose so) will go through Raccoon City and try to eliminate all witnesses of the incident. But it doesn't take long for players to run into bugs and sloppy gameplay. While playing single player I notice that the AI for both the enemies and your squad mates are about as dumb as a bag of hammers. I have seen enemies run right into my line of fire and allies as well. This creates frustration and ultimately kills any experience the player is feeling at the moment. The actual shooting in the game feels underpowered and bland. I felt as though it didn't matter what gun I had because every gun felt to do the same amount of damage. The cover mechanic is broken as well. I found that actually taking cover works well but when in a frantic firefight this can be a downfall. There is no button you can press that allows you to switch from cover to cover. If you need to go into another area of cover, you have to usually jump into the fray (which you were trying to avoid at the time) just to go complete this task. Which, in turn, leads to death most of the time. Perhaps the most disappointing factor of Resident Evil: ORC is that the campaign somehow turns the most iconic characters, environments, and events into an uninspiring third wheel. You would think that going back into the famous police station and tunnels would be a sight for sore eyes but because the environments are so bland these areas feel lifeless and unimportant. The single player campaign is a mess but I found the most fun out of the multiplayer. I know I bashed the game so far but despite what I have said so far the game is fun at times. This fun can be found in its multiplayer. When playing with other people the game shines. Instead of killing brainless AI you have players that know what they are doing. Add along that there are zombies, lickers, and hunters roaming the areas of multiplayer, the intensity does come up. I found my favorite game mode to be a survival type game. Where you are supposed to survive until a chopper comes, since the chopper can only hold four people, it becomes a race to get there first since there is eight players total in every match. Along with Survival Mode, you have a typical death match game and some objective based modes. This is by no means a completely broken and unplayable game. But this game will satisfy many gamers. If you are looking for a game to play with three of your friends and can look past some obvious flaws then I can assure you that you will have a blast. That is why this game is deserving of a 62%.

Minecraft6
May 13, 2012
When it was announced at E3 2011 that Minecraft would be coming to Xbox 360, everybody was hyped up. The question is, does this port live up to the hype? The answer is no. Here is why. One reason why this game is a disapointment is because of false advertisement. never did it say before the game was released or in the Xbox Marketplace did it say you needed an HD Television just to play a damn split screen. You might argue that everybody has an HD TV, but some people just can't make the investment for one. This might be minor, but my main complaint for this game is that there is no option in the game for unlimited supplies. You guys might argue I am a noob and I should find the supplies myself, but i believe unlimited supplies on the PC saved many hours on crafting. Also, the game is $20 and more expensive than the PC version. This wouldn't be such an issue if the Xbox 360 version was not obsolete to the PC version. On the bright side, the controls ARE much better on the 360 than the PC. So overall, I don't think Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition is very good. 4J Studios might've done a decent job porting the game, but the lack of simple customization and a $20 price tag just doesn't cut it for me. That is why this review deserves a 60%.
