[SPOILER ALERT: This review contains spoilers.]

It is incredible to imagine someone doing such a movie with little technology and right at the beginning of cinema history. I would have been deeply amazed if I were to watch it when it premiered. This movie makes me even more incredulous to watch most of the crap which has been released in the past decade, shameful. The only aspect that makes me don't want to give it a 10 is the usage of some silly archetypes, such as the malefic villain or the ultra-naive main character. This is the same case when it comes to literature, characters in real life are much more likely to be dialectic than dichotomic.

What a fable, if you like fantastic tales, this is the movie to go for. Incredible in its looks and the story is absolutely fascinating, a lot of elements from reality such as the historic conflicts at the time with the **** and the russians. It's kind of hard not to give a 10 to it, but I felt like the ending was a bit disappointing, a little bit vague.

If you like clichés, you will love this movie. They did a great work catalogueing every one of them and putting them together in a somewhat reasonable order. I cannot believe someone who's more than 7 years old could like this movie, tedious repetition. I watched it with my brother and cousins who are early teenagers and they were as disgusted as I was. In fact, we were so mad by wasting our money on such crap that we watched X-Men Days of Future Past without paying for it, seriously, it's the least the cinema should do for us. Spot the critics who gave this movie a good review and don't ever read their reviews again!!! By the way, sadly, this might kill Bryan Cranston's. **** believable that they kill one of the best actors of all time just so we have to keep torturing ourselves with the stupid looks of the disappointing Aaron Taylor-Johnson. I say disappointing because Mr. Taylor-Johnson did an amazing job as Count Vronsky in Anna Karenina. Total shipwreck is an eufemism for this movie.

Screw the critics, this movie is worth more than 7 just for the soundtrack, what an unique movie. The camera deserves a prize too, such peculiar unique view and the colors are beautifully portraided.
