A fun, simple, and easy co-op experience with lots of optional content to keep someone busy. I would totally recommend this for children, but for adults I think this game would be kind of boring unless you have nostalgia for this series like me and my brother do. I also don’t like that this game includes voice acting. For most games voice acting is a great addition but for this game it definitely removed a lot of the charm that was present in the older star wars lego titles since those games would have really funny and charming “silent film” charade acting that gave the games a lot of character, but in this game the humor is toned down but thankfully still present but just to a lesser extent. I also think the dialogue was pretty dry and low effort, almost as if it was ripped right from the movies and lazily pasted in. The gameplay is still fun thought, and ultimately thats really what matters.
Fun and engaging with nice visuals, but gets pretty repetitive halfway through because the entire game is basically just "enter a room and kill everything in it" over and over again. It's nice that the game is short and doesn't overstay its welcome.
Take this review with a grain of salt because I played this game when I was 10, but pokemon gen 5 is honestly good solely because the game features entirely new pokemon which cant be said about gen 2 and 3. Most other pokemon games are filled with gen 1 pokemon which make them feel lame and samey, but gen 5 was very refreshing.
(PC) This game is very fun and cozy, however later levels will have your hand actually hurting due to the sheer amount of rapid clicking you have to do, its kind of nuts honestly. The game is very short but pretty replayable. There's also some cute side modes. The strategy involved when choosing which pets to use in the main game is very fun too.
I think the game was good, but I don't remember it as fondly as White 2 or X. Maybe I had just grown out of pokemon or something. I'm sure the game is good though.
I think this game was good, but unfortunately I don't remember much about it at all which is probably kind of a bad sign for the game. Anyway I gave it a 7 way back when I played it.
A very unique and fun game, especially when played with another person. The game kind of leads you on to think that the story is deeper than it ends up being, but in reality its quite plain and simple so that was a little disappointing. The art and gameplay loop is very satisfying though, and the sound design is very memorable. If the story and endings were more interesting I think this game would be stellar.
This was my first idle game in a long time, and I really enjoyed it! I love that you can actually beat it which makes it feel less pointless compared to other idle games. The visuals are cool and the story is very cute. I definitely recommend this to those who like idle games or have never played one.
My experience with the game was kind of botched due to no fault of the game. Basically, I accidentally started at the end because I played on my brother's account and the hub area lets u pick any level. I didn't know what to do and got stuck lol. Afterward, I did end up playing through it start to finish correctly. It was nice but not really that remarkable. Also one of the main draws to this game is how you can run into other people playing online, but it was extremely rare that I saw someone else so I guess this experience was only good when the player count was decent.
I played through this game in around 2019. My main gripe is that the ending to this game is extremely unsatisfying because its just a fist fight with an obese guy. Also, the story doesn't conclude in any way because its trying to set up to the next game, but its just sort of lame. Ubisoft is known for having pretty lame endings to games so it isn't all too surprising for those familiar. This is also probably the only game that I had to listen to music to get me through because the audio is pretty boring and the game is mostly silent. I don't remember much about the story unlike most games I beat. This game definitely relies on its visuals and gameplay, but everything else is just whatever.
Playing this game in 2025, I think the combat holds up pretty well but the level design absolutely does not. Some of the design is overly cruel and just unfun. Bosses are also extremely tough on normal mode, but they're all perfectly beatable if you try hard enough. Also, I came in expecting a very arcadey action experience, but I was surprised to learn that its mostly a survival game with a high emphasis on money and items. If you don't manage your inventory well, its quite easy to practically soft-lock yourself in multiple parts of the game which is pretty bad in my opinion. Some of the parkour is janky and the very end of the game is kind of annoying with a very specific common enemy. Anyway, its not bad at all for an early 3D game, sometimes the physics and polish really impressed me. Combat can be pretty satisfying. Visuals are also good. Controls are kind of weird but you get used to it.
Some parts are fun, but its mostly just kind of boring. Kind of disappointing, but not bad. It's a perfectly OK game. The action is fun but dodging is way too overpowered so you just end up spamming dodge and charge shot through the whole game. Also the controls are kind of weird.
I think this game tries to be one of those "zen" games, but unfortunately there's basically 0 music, so it just ends up being extremely boring and puts you to sleep. I was happy to finish it just so I didn't have to play it anymore. Some of the puzzle concepts are cool, but its not enough for it to be good. I also wish that the world was more alive but it is very still.
This is the only game where I've gotten to the very end and didn't want to beat it. Not because I didn't want it to be over, but because I just didn't really want to play it. This game is extremely mid. Not good, not bad, it just exists. Music is very simple and it can get repetitive. There are some nice pieces but they arent played very much. Characters and gameplay is ok. Story is sort of boring. Visuals are nice but there isn't much variety.
First off, know that this is much more of a visual novel than a video game because the game aspects of P3R are mind-numbingly repetitive and plain. Secondly, the first half of the game is nice but the second is extremely boring because you just run out of things to do, it's like the game just gives up. This entire game is basically clickbait. Simply put, this game is way too long for how little content there is. If it was half the length or had double the content it would be good, but the entire 2nd half of the game is basically just waiting for it to be over. Unfortunately, you can't even play the game faster if you wanted to because of the calendar system this game uses.
