While I understand the reasons why this game was receive with pretty mix reviews by critics at the time. I definitely don't agree with them here. This game is awesome. The music on each stage is perfect, the story is even more weird and funny than the previous game, and the gameplay just feels much better and more responsive. A great sequel in every aspect.
To this day this is still one of my favorite games of all time. Fire Emblem Awakening is such a masterpiece when it comes to the gameplay, presentation, soundtrack, story and characters. One of the things that I love about this game for example, is how Robin, which is the avatar of the player in the game, can work perfectly as an avatar and just as a character of their own if you leave their default name, I think it really is a really smartly made character for that reason.
Playing such a huge and ambitious game on a handheld and having it look incredibly good is impressive. It even looks better than on the Xbox Series S at times. As for the game itself, it may not be perfect (like every video game out there), but it definitely doesn't deserve the stupid and exaggerated "reviews" it's received from some. It actually has pretty cool mechanics and the exploration is actually pretty satisfiying. It's honestly surprising to me that such a Game that is pretty good at best and just okay at worst got so much stupid hate from mostly people that don't bother to even play the game just lie about the game still having bugs or running poorly to try to disguise their nonexistent opinion as a real critique.
